Hello, welcome to Rosa Glen Farm in Margaret River. The farm ground campsites are for those who are looking to escape with no power, no water and no facilities and little mobile coverage if you are not with Telstra. Campers need to be fully self contained. We are a biodynamic winery and farm, our vines were already established when we purchased the land just over 3 years ago and some of the first planted in the region. The farm is a working farm and well.. a massive work in progress. Our passion is the land, the environment, making good wine, listening to music, eating good food and sharing all of this with our community. We are opening up our farm to share with like minded souls who share the same passions as us (our community). Over the years we have started to learn about the secret spots on our property. The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have several spots on our property we would love to share with like minded people who have a love for nature, music and wine. PLEASE BE AWARE WE HAVE NO FACILITIES such as toilets, showers and water. Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for wine but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a gift shop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells), newly opened McHenry Hohnen Vintners wine bar and vintage stores which it has become renown for.

This camp sites is on an open field with trees at the perimeter of the site lining the spring fed creek below. It is set below the dam wall on the north side. The ground is grass and is not levelled so please be aware of this when parking up for the night. As there is no facilities or amenities provided on the property you are at one with nature whilst you camp on our property. This does mean campers need to be fully self-contained, with their own camp toilet, and take all waste when they leave. The Farm is set in the rolling hills and wine region of Margaret River. The camp sites are set amongst the peppermint trees and the native bushland to give seclusion and privacy. This is the most private site of each of the sites situated at the top of the farm in the bushland with the National Park behind the site and forest that surrounds. The ground is grass and is not levelled so please be aware of this when parking up for the night. As there is no facilities or amenities provided on the property you are at one with nature whilst you camp on our property. This does mean campers need to be fully self-contained, with their own camp toilet, and take all waste when they leave. The Farm is set in the rolling hills and wine region of Margaret River. With the property located 15 minutes from Margaret River town centre, 15 minutes from surfing beaches, caves and mountain bike and walk trails. There is also an onsite winery. SPECIFIC SITE DETAILS The site sits at the top north west side of our property - it has native bushland to the east and national park to the west of the site. To the north is a large vineyard with native bushland between. It is large enough to fit two Caravans / RVs . This is why the price is a little higher - it is also the most private of the sites sitting at the very back of the property. Site access is 2WD however we do recommend 4WD at all times on the property for ease for clearance and also it can get soft if it has been raining (generally in winter only.) The track is gravel with hard clay towards the entrance of the site - the site is native grasses.

Rosa Glen Farm is a perfect location for exploring the region, the sites are private and quiet. Kerry and Matt are great hosts, we really enjoyed sampling their great wines under the trees at the bar area!

We loved the serenity among the peppy trees near the dam - “Henry Lee” site. Kerry & Matt are great hosts with quick response times & good directions. Recommend organising a wine tasting if possible with Matt - excellent conversations & music while tasting.

Amazing place to stay and only just outside of Margaret River, their wines are also extremely tasty. The kids loved seeing all the different animals. Would recommend every day of the year.

After meeting Matt at the gate he guided us to our site and gave us options of where to set up. We set up our van on amongst the peppermint trees. Lovely site with a view to the dam and plenty of shade if you're camping in summer. It was nice being able to have our dogs camp with us and they enjoyed a walk around the property.

We had a group of 5 caravans and there was so much space to park in a circle with a great view of the dam. Other campsites are well away so great privacy. Matt & Kerry are great hosts and their wine is awesome too. Do yourself a favour and check it out!

What a beautiful spot to stay just outside the busy Margaret River, Kerry and Matt were amazing. The kids loved getting a lift down to our spot while patch ran beside them and swimming in the dam using the surf boards paddling around it. So much space for us that it felt like a private bush camp. Kerry and Matt have set up a caravan which they had a local singer for Saturday night with cheese boards and wine that uou can purchase if you would like. Just couldn't recommend the spot more! Thank you

This venue was great. Kid friendly, pet friendly. Lots of different sites scattered throughout the property and very private at your site. The owners were warm and welcoming. The event they had on the Saturday night was really enjoyable, chilled out setting with a local singer. Definitely add the wine tasting with a cheese board - you won't regret it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

This is an amazing base to explore the Margaret River region. The farm is quiet and spacious, with so much room between sites you barely notice the other campers. This site is perfect for a dog, our two kelpies loved it and the constant swims in the dam. Matt and Kerry are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. Your only 10 mins from Witchcliffe and 20 from Margaret River with so many wineries in between. We’d gladly return as it was a simple process to meet and greet the hosts, access was easy and then you’re left to enjoy the gorgeous space.

Beautiful peaceful property .. the damn is such a bonus! An oasis in Witchcliffe just minutes away from everything the Margaret River region is renowned for .. We will definitely be back again & highly recommend for those wanting something off the beaten track surrounded with nature & vines .. Kerry & Matt are gorgeous relaxed Hosts too!

A wonderful spot. So quiet & tranquil. Kerry was very welcoming & very quick to respond to messages. Loved the chickens goats & dogs. Despite being off the beaten track, it’s a brilliant location to explore the Margaret River area. Would definitely recommend the wine tasting with Matt. Fascinating insight to natural wines & the wines were lovely as was the deli board. We also ordered a jar of Nonna’s sauce which was delicious & enough for 2 meals for us both. A fabulous site & we’d definitely return..

My partner and I had such a lovely stay that we asked to stay an extra night! Matt and Kerry were wonderful and accommodating when we didn’t have enough levelling equipment for our trailer, to move us to another available spot. They opened their quirky caravan wine bar up in the afternoons and we spent 3 nights down at it - the wine was so amazing that we bought 5 bottles on the way out! I highly recommend the cheese board too! Thank you Matt and Kerry - we look forward to coming back!

What an amazing place to stay. The campsites were very generous and private, with beautiful birdlife and lovely views of the vineyards. Matt and Kerry were excellent hosts and their camp is close to all Margaret River has to offer . We enjoyed wineries ( sensational night listening to hi class singing) amazing beaches ,cape to cape walk and limestone caves.

Great campsite a short drive out of town. Great sites with heaps of space, was other campers there but all very spread out. Dam to swim or SUP in, farm animals around, and lots of bird life. Will definitely be back!

Lovely spot to camp. Dam was great for swimming and paddleboading especially to cool off. Had fun feeding the goats some salad scraps too. Kerry and Matt were very accommodating and friendly definitely recommended.

Loved our time at Rosa Glen Farm, the campsite was gorgeous and very peaceful. Would definitely recommend trying the Honey Bones wine. Worth a visit!

We had a fabulous stay - what a great spot. The dam was perfect for a swim after a hot day on the mountain trails and our site was wonderfully private with a beautiful vista of trees. We're looking forward to going back.

We loved our time at the farm. The camping area is beautiful and offers enough privacy for us to cook and enjoy a great night looking at the stars and drinking wine. Matt invited us for a wine tasting, which was so much fun! Thanks, Matt and Kerry, for having us.
