Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Our Land is 70 acres of mostly native bush with large Karri trees surrounding the beautiful views of the Irwin Inlet. The area cleared is where the original Benson Family lived. The house was burnt down and they then left. We moved up here 40 plus years ago and have slowly cleared the area. We are only 7 kms to the wonderful Peaceful Bay where all amount of activities can be taken. Safe swimming, fishing, surfing and boating. The famous Tree Top Walk is approximately 20 kms away, with the local Bow Bridge Roadhouse 5 mins [xxxxxxxx] located at Peaceful Bay are the famous local fresh fish and chips. We are situated approximately half way between Walpole and Denmark. All of our sites have views of the Irwin Inlet. As we use dam water for watering our garden we do have open dams near by. Just wanted all guests to be aware of this. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Pets are allowed on leash. Campfires are allowed as long as they are in a contained drum unless there is a total fire ban. We would let you know if this was the case. We have fire pits to hire for $15

Great location, great view, easy access, even with boats in tow, tranquil, shady heaps of space, tents pegs held in the wind, bird life abundant, just a magical spot to spend 5 days camping, Walpole a short drive, Peaceful bay shorter, great value, and secluded, great hosts as they let us be, we couldn’t have asked for better in any way, if we fish Peaceful bay again I’d have no hesitation booking again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The camp was clean and flat and the bush was lovely. Though we did feel as if we were right in the backyard of the camp hosts. And the party music from the host's house wasn't really what we were anticipating, having deliberately chosen an off grid camp!

Our stay at Irwin Inlet Views was perfect. It was private, peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous bush with an amazing view of the Inlet. Especially loved we were so close to Peaceful bay and plenty of dog walking with our border collies. We would go back for sure. Thank you Julie and Ray for sharing this beautiful spot with us.

What a beautiful piece of paradise. We had the whole grounds to ourselves and our 4 x working Kelpies thanks to Ray and Julie’s understanding and helpfulness. The flora and fauna were stunning with a multitude of birdsongs. 5 minutes driving had us at Irwin Inlet Picnic area and after 10minutes and we were driving on the beach. Our getaway would have been perfect if the weather had favoured us haha. Julie is a gracious hostess and they appear to maintain the camp area with pride and joy. Thanks again

Very spacious sights with a fantastic view of the Irwin Inlet to accompany it. Nice flat sites with boundaries marked clearly with solar lights. Easy access and a convenient drive into town. 100% recommend!

Ray and Julie’s spot was perfect and it had an incredible view. We were very fortunate to be the only ones so we had lots of room and didn’t need to share the view :) it was a good location to stop after doing the tingle tree and tree top walk before continuing on our trip.

It was a busy weekend to be fair but a little closer to each other than we were hoping and near the house where the lights stayed on all night

Felt the camping area a bit too close to homestead A bit of advice on arrival regarding potential gale force winds up from the inlet during the night would have been welcomed Ute+ rooftop+awning with side walls just about took off during the night Great spot for caravans

Overall we and and our friends made the best of the time spent their. Due the wind and rain it was very cold. We used our vehicles as wind breaks. But you can't control the weather. Also the distance to Demark and Albany every day became tiresome. But if you want to just chill and just stay local there is plenty to see and do.
