Great natural landscape for miles. Quiet and peaceful. Rocky terrain and lots of fallen trees and stumps for the kids to play on.

This was our first time using Hipcampers and our van and could not have asked for a better Host !
Lisa is incredible from greeting us at the gate to personally showing us to our site and giving us all the information to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.
10/10 will be back .

We enjoyed much tent camping at Lisa's land. They were very friendly, clear and helpfull during our stay. We had a very quiet spot away from everything with a great hill view.

We had a wonderful stay. Lisa and Doug were extremely welcoming.
Our children enjoyed playing with their children. Also the kids enjoyed seeing all the animals.
We will be coming back.

Incredible views and super convenient process to get to the the camp site. Hosts are incredibly friendly and so were the horses, alpacas and sheep. 10/10 couldnt have asked for a better getaway.

Enjoyed a peaceful couple of days, with awesome views at Hilltop Views.
Lisa is a great host and was very helpful. We`ll definitely be back in the Winter.

Great little private escape to take kids to. We had heaps of fun building a shelter from branches and walking around the property. The view from our site was magical and the hosts very kind. We will be back.

Camp site offered privacy and freedom. The land and views were beautiful and the night stars were just crystal clear. So special spending time with all the animals too.

Great views, convenient location (less than a hour from home), lovely hosts and great communication.
We were set on a secluded site with nothing but views of the rolling hills and open skies to enjoy!
The dogs loved every minute of the open space, and the site was easy to access.
We’ll be back! (but maybe winter/ spring camping)

Such a beautiful place, the views are amazing.
We had the pleasure of spending 2 nights here and it was so peaceful.
Plenty of animals around to look at.
The site is very open and clean with heaps of room for a few vans, great fire pit and Doug even provided 2 fire extinguishers in case of an emergency.
Directions are spot on and the hosts are great.
Thanks to Doug & Lisa for sharing your lovely property with us.

House on the Hill for Large Groups
We loved camping at House on a Hill. Three families. Six kids. One dog. Our kids were all in with cubby building, running through the paddocks, and climbing rocks. Our dog loved being off-leash and exploring wide open spaces. Sunrises and sunsets over the rolling paddocks were stunning. Lisa and Tony were attentive and kind hosts who even introduced us to Stig the Pig! This is our second time here with friends, and we will all be back again, for sure. Thank you for having us!

Great weekend away. Lisa and family were extremely friendly and welcoming to their property, and our daughter had a great time playing and exploring with the kids.

The host was kind. The site the host chose for us (house on the hill) had no shade, so she moved us somewhere else which had shade but was not suitable for camping. I haven't seen the other sites but won't be returning.

Great spot, Lisa was fantastic and gave us all the info we needed. The ground was easy to set up a tent and had fantastic views. Stars were amazing and we saw some hot air balloons flying through the morning. Take some insect repellant, mosquito coils and lots of blankets- the days were high 30’s but the nights are very cold. We loved our stay as a family of 5, children aged 5, 7 and 12. Lisa was very warm and welcoming as was her hubby and children. My kids got to hold one day old chicks on arrival and meet the pig. Lisa took the time to ask how our activities outside her property were (we went horse riding for mr 7’s birthday). Highly recommend staying at Lisa’s property- we will be back to try the other spots on her property in the future. Thank you so much for a great stay Lisa and family!

It was a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Lisa was very welcoming. The paddock where we were staying was a bit steep and rocky for the caravan towards the bottom, but good closer to the middle and the top. Once we found our preferred site we had a lovely stay close to Northam and Toodyay. Thanks 😊
