The spirit animal of this area is the Blue Wren, this 500 acre property with 50 acres of bush and the Thompson River snaking its way through it, is bird and human heaven. We are cattle farmers by trade but now need to supplement farm income to feed livestock. Your camping fees will go towards feeding our cattle. - Dog and kid friendly (as long as they do not chase the horses) - Campers must be self-contained and BYO camping toilet and leave no trace - Campfires permitted in designated areas when restrictions aren't in place - Firewood available to buy in advance (chopped & split), see extras - Good mobile reception

    Koala Cove
    A great campsite quiet and highly recommended for a relaxing few days. Campsites are located on Thompson Rv but very tricky to access. Property needs better signage as it would be impossible to find the sites in the dark and map not very clear. Very rough access track but still would recommend.

    Wow... Welcome to Kelly River... absolute magical country and where I camped was as if I was in the High Country (Howqua). What a hidden gem Kelly River is! Anthony is a top bloke, genuine and focussed on you having a great time. I WILL be back here and you should visit!

    Great spot.. Hosts were super helpful and everyone loved their stay!!! We had 7 adults and 6 kids. There was heaps of room to play and go for walks.
