Hampton Park is located in Winslow, approximately 10 minutes drive north of Warrnambool. We are a short drive to Lake Cartcarrong, Tower Hill, Koroit, Port Fairy and Woolsthorpe. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of back to basic country living. Hampton Park offers grassed sites, surrounded by beautiful farming land, gardens, lawns and trees. It is a quiet, peaceful property with resident koalas and abundant birdlife. A community campfire is available in designated area only, (fire wood bagged up nearby to purchase), strict adherence to local fire regulations. You choose your grassed area to set up camp. Hampton Park has no amenities, you need to have your own toilet, (fully self contained , and leave no trace.) The Union Station Hotel Woolsthorpe which has an amazing play area for children. A short drive is Budj Bim National Park, Port Fairy and Hopkins Falls... Traditional custodians are Peek Whuurrong people of the Maar Nation.

We had an amazing time here at Hampton Park with the kids. Great grass and fire pit area and heaps of space for our two year old to roam around. Thanks for having us!

A beautiful neat and tidy spot with lovely gums and lots of birds. A bit out of town, but that’s what we wanted- peace and quiet, lovely hosts

Hampton Park - Grassed Site
We took our camper trailer and our bull terrier to Hampton Park. I don't know what to say except we have stayed in almost 30 different Hip Camp sites and this is by far one of our favourites. The beautiful, well maintained and gorgeously presented sites, went well beyond our expectations. The views, the hosts and the whole stay was just wonderful. If we're ever travelling through Warrnambool again, I already know where will be staying. We would 100% recommend Hampton Park.

Sensational stopover just outside

Beautiful spot, we booked at the last minute as a stopover. We had the entire site to ourselves and it was simply beautiful. Rob and Julie were both delightful hosts. Highly recommend this beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful time at Hampton Park! The hosts were so understanding about our car troubles - resulting in us arriving after dark (they assisted in guiding us into the site) and then departing late (as our car wouldn't start). The hosts were very understanding and helpful. The site is beautiful, on a lovely lawn amoungst lovely trees are overlooking paddocks. No koala spotting for us, but our daughter very much enjoyed chatting to the cockatoo and playing in the playground. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to return again!

Quiet and safe

We had our dogs and couldn’t book into a caravan park as it was a long weekend, so we wanted to find a spot that was pet friendly, away from traffic, and safe. We arrived and left while it was dark, so we didn’t get to see any of the area but the ground was flat and plenty of space.

What a spot! Beautifully maintained patch of land with odds and ends around the garden. Peaceful and perfect. Would love to visit again. Hosts are the loveliest people and good for a yarn and laugh. Highly recommend making the trip and booking a night or two.

Couldn’t recommend this place any more if it tried! Beautiful sites, nice and big grass level sites! Most welcoming camp hosts! Originally only had 2 nights booked but added another 3 after the first night! So peaceful and had the most amazing sunsets! Photos really don’t do this place justice! 10/10, thank you for having us!

So pretty and peaceful. Plenty of space and flat green grass. Close enough to town but far enough to feel a long way from anywhere. Great base for exploring Great Ocean Road and Port Fairy. Thank you Rob and Julie.

A peaceful location with a few hidden things for the kids. We had lots of families on the same night, but didn’t hear a thing with the amount of space between us.

Absolutely beautiful property! Very quiet and peaceful with a great little cubby, sandpit and play ground for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book the next one. Close to Warrnambool and plenty to see. Owners were lovely and very accommodating. Could not have asked for a better spot to stay.

A great peaceful and spacious campsite in a lovely bush setting. Kids loved the double story cubby house and sandpit. A visit to Tower Hill Reserve to see the wild emus and koalas and Warrnambool Wildlife Encounters are a must for adults and children alike. So much to do in Warrnambool and surrounding area. We will be back for a third visit!

Love the position and green space available at Hampton Park. Rob checked daily to ensure everything was OK. Close enough to shops and nearby towns. Would definitely stay again

We loved this property! Very well maintained and great for little kids! There were swings and a climbing frame, as well as a sandpit, slide and cubby house. Ground is grassed and pretty level, and property is very quiet. Rob was super friendly and welcoming. Was a great stop over on the way to Robe and would stay here again! Highly recommend this property!

We absoutely loved camping here, was gorgeous to wake up to the sun rising over the paddock. Was super quiet and exactly what we wanted! Only thing I would say sucks is the no toilets, so perfect if you have got a caravan or RV just not super accomodating to tents, was still really lovely and will be back!

A beautiful peaceful green oasis. Very spacious with perfect sun/shade sites. Lovely hosts as well. Close to Warrnambool and Koriot. Wish we could have stayed longer. We stay in hip camps a lot, this is best yet. Thanks again guys!
