Quiet and secluded old farm property located on the acclaimed Bellarine Peninsula. Experience the best of both worlds, a rural setting that is centrally located should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer. Only 5km from Ocean Grove Main Beach and a gateway to numerous wineries. This is an Off-the-grid site (no power or toilets). All camp sites are visible to one another with adequate space in between to ensure privacy. Pet friendly with campfire wood provided.

Natural bush paddock setting with lots of privacy. Hugh and i shared a drop of red and i met some hicamping neighbors. The fact there's public toilets nearby is a bonus. Planning to go back.

We had a wonderful time camping at Foxes Den. The campsites are very well looked after and spaced out. Hugh generously provided us with plenty of firewood. Watching the sunrise behind all the trees was stunning!

Amazing quiet spot close enough to a town for supplies but far enough away to feel like a real retreat. Easy communication and ste up with Hugh. Highly recommend

We had a great weekend. The campground is lovely and the firewood was very generous.. we took advantage of the ballerina Peninsula rail trail played some golf and had dinner at Mona Resturant which is in the next farm. What a great place.

Such a peaceful camp spot — exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. Plenty of firewood provided, which made for some great nights around the fire. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy. Highly recommend if you're after a quiet spot and a good fire

Loved staying on Hugh’s land, the line of the pine trees was gorgeous and the site was stocked with fire wood, lovely guy, thank you for the experience!

Nice spot. Campsites spread out no noise issues. Lots of space for cricket and footy etc. Lovely big gum trees around the camp area. Perfect for our large group that swelled to 15 one evening. Hugh was accomodating and helpful. Short drive to Ocean Grove and walk distance to Mona Cicchetti Bar which was a great find and some of the best food, wine and service we've had in years!

We had an amazing time. Plenty of space. Hugh is very welcoming. The site number 5 was perfect. We even had wood ready for the fire camp when we arrived. We will be back.

The best camping site ever!

Our site was nicely positioned almost end of the camping site which gave us more privacy and could avoid strong sunlight during the day time. My son loved to climb up and hang on that tree which was one of fun activities for him. We had a chance to see some hawks flying over the field closely. Hugh is a sweet, gentle and thoughtful man who welcomed us and took us to the camping site from the gate and gave us a short information of facilities at his property. It was also perfect site for my dog to roam and run around. We’re planning to visit here very soon again! Thank you Hugh.

Hugh's camp was perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). Spacious site to camp on, flat ground, short grass. Close to ocean grove beaches and local restaurants/wineries. We'll be coming back!

We loved our stay at Foxes Den. Our kids especially loved exploring in the pine forest which was close to site 6. Such a wide open space! We enjoyed watching the falcons fly around and all the lovely butterflies. The campsite had a great fire place with lots of firewood available. So nice to be able to bring our dog along to sniff and play freely.

Very large and quite area. Well maintained with designated areas for fires and shade. Wood supplies at the sites with water containers on hand. Huge, who is a lovely man welcomed us at the site. Thanks Huge

We really enjoyed our visit. The site was just what we were after, a nice big open space - and it had lovely views of the pine forest and a walking track. Hugh was great with communication. Thank you, we’ll be back!

It was a great spot. Camping spots are pretty dispersed. One of our fellow caravaners was using a generator (which I typically loathe) but they were far away enough that we could barely hear it. Spot is far away from the main road to feel secluded, close to the beach and supermarket for supplies. A couple of quaint local spots are walking distance. Would recommend you pop in to support local. Overall, top spot. Would highly recommend.
