What an exceptional property

Site 7 - Pigeon Ponds Creek
This is a beautiful property. We were on our own, camping by the river in the middle of what could have been an oil painting. This whole place was exceptional, from the place to the hosts who couldn't do more for us.

Site 10 - Pigeon Ponds Creek
We stayed here en route home from Coonawarra and were amazed that on Easter long weekend we had the place to ourselves. After a quick set up of our Hybrid van i took our Kelpie for a walk. She is great to bush walk with, spotting an echidna on the other side of pigeon ponds creek and also a mob of Kangaroos. I love that we’ve trained her well so she didn’t chase them even though i know she wanted to. The night sky was just magical. Susan was very helpful with directions for us last minute campers.

Peace and quiet? Definately here.
Pigeon Ponds Creek
Very open space for privacy which we loved. Susan was very welcoming of us when we arrived and we camped for the weekend. Our border collie puppy loved the wide open spaces and even enjoyed herding the sheep in the paddock.

Pigeon Ponds Creek
Amazing spot! Susan and Malcolm were super welcoming and happy to help with everything from recommendations on what to do, to even jumpstarting our car after a little oopsie. Beautiful location with incredible night skies, perfect for those who are self sufficient. Driving distance to Coonawarra for some wine tastings, and also for hiking in the Grampians. Would definitely stay again!

Peace and tranquility.
Pigeon Ponds Creek
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pigeon Ponds. Our site was by the creek bed with gorgeous views of the property. Very peaceful and private. Susan and Malcolm were delightful hosts. Would thoroughly recommend this camp site.
