Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
24 acres of forest, teeming with wildlife, surrounded by unspoiled State Forest wilderness, yet 4.5 kilometres from the beautiful historic little town of Beaconsfield which boasts restaurants, cafe, bakery, supermarkets, Op shop, post office, petrol stations and mechanic etc, and a few K's further is Beauty Point with gorgeous beaches, a beautiful marina bar and restaurant, The Riverview Restaurant, great fish and chip shop, and Platypus and Seahorse World etc. And not a traffic light to be seen. Soak up the serenity and energy of paradise. Wander past towering trees and waterfalls on the scenic walking trails of Holwell Gorge State Reserve, 10km south of Beaconsfield, or take a dip at Greens Beach, a 15min drive north of town. The latter is also one of the entry points into Narawntapu National Park, where there are great walks and wildlife. Churches: Visit the prominent Holy Trinity Anglican Church or the historic Uniting Church. Beaconsfield War Memorial: Pay respects at this simple and respectful monument.
