Located just 100 meters from the sandy shoreline and 50 meters from public toilets, this site provides the perfect balance of seaside convenience and a quiet atmosphere. The property features expansive open spaces and shaded groves with panoramic views. Spend your mornings walking along pristine shorelines known for their orange-hued granite boulders or exploring coastal trails perfect for birdwatching and photography. The evenings offer some of the clearest stargazing in Tasmania, far from any city lights. Our campsites are designed for travelers seeking a primitive, off-grid experience. We accommodate traditional tents, campervans, and self-contained RVs. Please note that there are no hookups or bathroom facilities on-site, so all guests must arrive fully self-contained and follow leave-no-trace principles to help preserve the delicate coastal ecosystem. You are just a short drive from Binalong Bay for local dining and supplies, with Mount William National Park nearby for further exploration. Banksia offers an authentic Tasmanian camping experience for those seeking a quiet retreat by the sea.
