This RV site is on our property where we first lived in a mobile home. We love camping and thought what a great place for a quite retreat. So we made the site into a full hook up RV camp site. Beautiful location with a view of Table Rock located in the Historic Oolenoy Valley. Our property is located in Northern Pickens Co. of South Carolina. Plenty of trails, boating, biking in the area or just sit under your awning and enjoy the wildlife. Important please read! There is not evening shade in July and August, However, there are shady spots very close to the camp site that you can enjoy. Where your camper sits the Sun goes down at the front of the camper. It is typically not an issue until mid-July and August. If you need additional details, please contact me. There are two homes near the camp site. The one behind the site is our home. Just me and my wife, currently no pets. The other home is a small white farmhouse that I currently rent to close friends. Chris and his wife and two well behaved kids. The kind of neighbors' people dream of! In five years of renting this site I have only had one couple that felt uncomfortable with the homes on our driveway. They chose not to stay, and I refunded them. It is very safe here and secluded from the main road. Look at all of the pictures to make sure this is the spot for you. Thanks Sincerely SteveGSingle 30/50 amp Full sewer hookup  RV site located in Northern Pickens County SC.  This site is on private property and is not a commercial RV Park.  One mile to Pumpkintown Gereral Store, 20 miles to Downtown Greenville SC, 15 Miles to Travelers Rest SC and about 5 miles to Table Rock State Park.  Site is 60' or longer with 40' level spot for your camper.  Bring your bikes.  There are two great bike trails the Doodle Trail and the Swamp Rabbit Trail about 15 minute away.  Lots of neat places to check out while you are here.  Some other favorite places to visit for some have been Brevard NC,  The Vinyard off of Hyw 11.

Campers must be fully contained with all facilities inside, shower, toilet, sink... outdoor shower and toilet not allowed.
Back-in site
There is room for slide-outs on both sides of the camper, water and sewer are close to each other, power connections at the rear for the site. It is a back-in site you will not have any problems getting in but you will need to turn around in the yard to get lined up to back in.

Water connection available
On-site hookup. Well water is the potable water source, bring a filter if you like, however the water taste great! If the temps get below 32 deg, the water will freeze. the spigot can burst, and you will have no water. On cold nights you must remove you hose and turn off the water. The temps are usually a few degrees colder here in the valley than they call for.

Cable is not available in our area, you can get local channels with antenna

Off leash. There is plenty of room here for your pet to run and play. However, do not Leave unattended. We occasionally have wild animals pass through. They do not play with well with pets. If you have any concerns about the wildlife, ask me.

We had a a great stay in Pickens SC! We would HIGHLY recommend renting the spot from Steven! He was very responsive and respected our privacy while we were there! Any questions we had we were not afraid to ask and he always got right back to us! Again we highly recommend!!!!

Beautifullevel site with full hookups. Quiet and secluded yet close enough to Greenville to get on the town if wanted. Host was super nice and even offered to help put up window barriers since temps were in the 90s during our stay. Will be coming back again.

Beautiful campsite in a beautiful setting! The campsite is perfectly flat and the utilities and fire pit are well thought out and convenient. Great view of Table Rock is an added bonus. Steven was a great host and super responsive. We’re looking forward to a return trip; sooner than later.

This was the best RV site my husband and I have ever visited!!! Steve and Jane are incredibly kind! Our pets enjoyed their freedom and the beautiful property. If you want solitude they will provide. If you like company they’re wonderfully friendly as are the one other family that shares the property. Thank you for opening up your land so others can enjoy 😊

This is a beautiful spot! It was quiet and there was plenty of room to let the dogs run and play and walk. There is a Dollar General just down the road so if you forget something you're covered.

This is an incredible area. The property and site is well kept and has a gorgeous view of table rock! Quick access to table rock and other wonderful hikes and water holes. There is a local bridge with a road closure off the pumpkintown access. But there is still access in and out from dacusville hwy.

The description of the Hipcamp was very accurate. The site was level, hookups were perfect & the views of Table Rock Mountain exceeded our expectations. The location was within close proximity to hiking (Table Rock & Paris mountain) & biking ( loved Swamp Rabbit bike trail & Travelers Rest). The land offers peace & quiet while being surrounded by nature, with incredible wide open skies full of stars. Steven was an excellent host. We can’t wait to go back!

Steven’s land is absolutely wonderful! One peaceful and quiet RV spot with full hookups all to yourself with amazing views! It was easy to maneuver our 35’ travel trailer into the level gravel spot, and there was plenty of space for our fur babies to run and play in a big open field. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back again.

We spent a week and had a delightful time! The spot is perfect - full hook ups and easy access. The area is quiet and peaceful. Steven is very helpful and friendly. You are close to Table Rock and Caesers Head State parks for wonderful hiking. We would definitely return.

Phenomenal property with lots of space for our dogs to run loose within sight. Steve is super welcoming and responds quickly to questions. The houses were nearby but with the open land between we forgot they were even there!
