Designed by Troppo Architects, the beautifully crafted structure embraces the picturesque views of the south coast of South Australia's Kangaroo Island. Guests will feel immersed in the landscape, gazing out at unrivalled views of the local flora, fauna, and the Southern Ocean while relaxing in a warm, comfortable interior featuring local timbers and contemporary furnishings. Immerse Kangaroo Island Luxury Accommodation offers a bed-and-breakfast-style experience, placing you in the heart of some of Kangaroo Island's most pristine scenery. Outside, thoughtfully landscaped native vegetation frames sweeping views of the beaches and rugged coastline. At D'Estrees Bay, outdoor adventures are right on your doorstep. Cape Gantheaume Conservation Park and Wilderness Protection Area offer white sandy beaches, scenic walking trails, fishing, snorkelling, diving, and surfing. From this cosy retreat, you'll enjoy a true sense of exploration and connection with nature. To the South, Pavilion 1 comprises two generously sized King rooms separated by a bathroom. Soak the day away in our freestanding window bath, complete with 180-degree Southern Ocean views. Pavilion 2 comprises one King room and one King room with two King Single beds, separated by a second bathroom. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we can comfortably accommodate 8 adults. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen pavilion is the perfect space for indoor or outdoor entertaining. With expansive double-glazed sliders to the East and West, which allow the entire space to be opened up to allow integration with the environment and surrounds. Guests choose to flow onto the Spotted Gum decking and relish in the 180-degree Southern Ocean views (incredible sunrises) or retreat to the terrace area and enjoy a local beverage around the firepit. The chef-inspired kitchen will tick any foodies boxes. With all German engineered appliances, two ovens, one with built-in steam function, microwave and Wi-Fi connectivity functions, gas cook top, large 690L quad door fridge freezer, dishwasher and of course a coffee machine. Additionally, a well stocked pantry with all the staples for your convenience. If a BBQ is the order of the day, you will find a sheltered alfresco dining area and outdoor BBQ perfect for a summer night's dinner. Be assured, you will not miss a point in time with our extensive double-glazed windows throughout. If you feel you wish to shut the world out for just a minute, take advantage of the remote-controlled window furnishings. The southern coast of Kangaroo Island can at times be raw, rugged, and exceptionally beautiful. Every room is fully equipped with its own fireplace to relax and enjoy in the winter months and cooler evenings

Guests must always observe SA bushfire regulations and fire bans. Please visit cfs.sa.gov.au/home for up-to-date bushfire information. The use of the outdoor fire pit within the fire danger season will NOT be tolerated.
