5 m pop-up camper · With pets · A great campsite, lots of open space so you're not on top of each other and the toilets/amenities are the best we've had over 8 years of camping. We really loved it here. There were great activities on offer for the kids over the Easter weekend, and the staff were so friendly. The camp kitchen is an excellent facility, and the disco was a huge hit with our group of kids. The only downside to the site is the entry to the river - it's a very narrow entry point so gets extremely busy over peak periods, but it's also steep, and both muddy and rocky, so we either slid back down into the water or cut our feet trying to get out. Unavoidable due to the nature of the landscape (which is beautiful!), but it made it hard to get in and out easily, especially with really young campers. Overall, it's a great campsite for young families.
