Stayed at Tanya's for 2 nights during the 2025 Leyburn Sprints and loved it. The yard is right on the track and Tanya was very welcoming. The site was level and freshly mowed, and had a central communal firepit but you could also use your own if you wanted to which is what we did. Tanya also gave her time during the daytime helping out on the Sprints. Will be back in 2026 and hope to stay there again.
Great space. Ground was not wet at all. And really picturesque. Fabulous large communal firepit, or bring your own.
Bags provided and collected by Tanya for recycling bottles and cans etc.
Onsite Portaloo and Portashower.
We were well looked after, yet left to our own desires

Despite all the donkey dung and sheep shit it was a very convenient place to camp for the Leyburn Sprint weekend

Great flat block to catch the Leyburn Sprints. Right beside the track, quiet, just right. Thanks heaps Tanya!
Great view of the track on turn 4. Out of the way of the action but a nice walk to the main area to join the hustle and bustle of the event.
It’s a small town so make sure you have everything you need before arrival and just enjoy your stay. Loved it.
Will be booking my site again for next year.
Awesome spot for the Leyburn Sprints. Tanya very easy to communicate with and loved the communal fire pit. Level land, easy to park a van, lots of space.

Excellent first attempt by Tanya. She was very friendly and helpful, well organised and approachable. Plenty of room at the site, great camp-fire each night.
Awesome location to enjoy the Leyburn Sprints, they start at 8am and could watch the race from sitting in front of our van, grab a coffee and put our feet up. Level block with water and a great shared fire pit.

What a great weekend. We traveled to Leyburn (pronounced LeeBurn as the locals let us know) for their annual sprint race weekend. Tanya's property was perfect. The paddock was perfectly presented and is about as flat and level as possible. We never felt on top of other campers/caravaners and the communal firepit was a great success. Thanks Tanya for a great week.

The camping spot was so perfect. So close to that racing during the day and the quietness of the evening. Tanya was such an amazing host. She put herself out to speak to all the campers on her property.

Easy access and flat campsite close to the action. Just a short walk to the pub and RSL. Tanya's a great host. Would recommend the camping area to anyone. Roger and Kathleen
Great spacious camp. Communal fire was awesome at night. Was great to chat with like minded race fans each night around the fire. Tanya was a great host and we all thank Tanya for allowing us to stay there. Nice and quiet in the evenings with everyone behaving respectfully. Thanks Tanya.
