Amazing place! Super well located. So peaceful as we were the only ones camping. It’s near Mon Repos beach and the grass is very well maintained! Will be back :)

Site 1 - Mon Repos Pines
Great location, walking distance to Mon Repo Turtle centre and a healthy walk to Burnett Heads. Great advice from Karen for places to eat. The Windmill & Kelly's by the Sea both fab.
Lovely large grased area right on the ocean. Peaceful close to Bundaberg too. We will definitely stay again.

Site 1 - Mon Repos Pines
Our family loved our four nights at this campsite. We were on site 1 and were on our own for the duration of our stay.
The location is amazing; literally a 30m walk to the public footpath, and a few metres further to the ocean. There's a great sandy beach around 100m walk away, which is perfect for a high tide swim.
The site itself is grassy and totally open, which is great for solar and gave the kids somewhere to safely run around.
Karen was very friendly and greeted us on the afternoon we arrived, explaining some of the local attractions.
We would definitely stay again when we are next in the area.

Lovely and peaceful location. The walk along the front is lovely at sunrise/sunset. Good access to beaches and the Bundaberg area. Well maintained and Karen was helpful and welcoming.

We had the most amazing stay at Mon Repos Pines!!! Lovely flat grassy camp site within walking distance to shops cafes and beaches. The hosts were amazing and made us feel very welcome. I definitely recommend staying here to enjoy the relaxing area. We will definitely be coming back here agian!!

Very well kept flat grassy site, all sites are numbered, site 1 is closest to the beach and public walking track and site 4 is the furtherest away. Nice and quiet spot, great basecamp for exploring the area.

Site 4 - Mon Repos Pines
This spot was close to the beach and close to Mon Repo turtle place but it wasn't for us. There were no signs guiding us to our camp area. It felt like we were driving across someone's front yard, as the owners house is close by and they can see the camp site from their house.
So to improve, I would recommend signals giving direction as well as a sign on the front fence so campers know they are in the right place.
Not sure what could be done about the privacy issue.
I did receive a quick response from the owner and she was friendly.

We loved our stay at Mon Repo Pines. The property is very well kept and directions there were easy to follow. We felt very comfortable there and safe to leave the van to go site seeing. It is right across from the beach and the bike/walking track. To be able to take a beautiful ride from our campsite to Burnett Heads town one way and Bargara the other was the highlight for us.
Many thanks to the hosts, we’ll be back for sure!

Great spot right next to the ocean in a lovely open and level site. Loved the walking / bike path right at your front door. Short trip to Burnett Heads, Mon Repos Turtle Centre and Bargara village. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay here, in site 1 - closest to the beach. The trees along the south fence line provided an awesome wind break for the one windy day we had during our stay. So quiet at night, often visited by kangaroos in the evening. Karen popped by once to say hello and left us to ourselves for the remainder. The bicycle and footpath north and south along the coast provides easy access to Mon Repos Turtle Centre and the Bundaberg Marina, we loved taking the escooters along there.
Highly recommend, we would stay here again for sure, next time during turtle laying season!

Karen’s land is flat and the grass is kept nicely mowed. There are only 4 sites so there is plenty of space for each campsite.
This Hipcamp borders the Mon Repos coastal walking & cycle track within 15 minutes walking to the Mon Repos Turtle Centre & cafe.
Karen was a great host who provided some ideas for what was available in the area.
This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it.

We stayed on site 4.
Very large area, spaced well from the other sites.
We were the only one there, except for about 20 kangaroos!
The sound of rolling waves was very calming.
Great spot.

We were the only ones there, in a beautifully mowed area, 100m from the walking track and ocean.... what more do you want in a Hipcamp? <10min drive to either Bargara or Burnett Heads.... but the walk to /from and visiting the Turtle Centre was a highlight.

Great grassy spots so close to the beach and the most beautiful walking / riding track. We took the bikes with the young kids all the way to Mon Repos and Bargara which is a lovely little seaside town. Very easy to ride along this bitumen track.
We are so glad we stopped here. it was the perfect base to explore Bundaberg and surrounds.

Heaps of room to set up and close to the walking track and the water. Very quick drive north to Burnett heads or south to Mon Repos or Bargara. I would stay again 😊

The walking/bike track was great with Burnett Heads one direction and Bargara in the other.

Stunning peaceful stay. Amazing experience alone among the kangaroo with the beach 10metres away. Can not recommend this enough.

Beautiful grassy level sites and we had the place all to ourselves. Found some pretty rock pools out the front for a dip which was a bit chilly in July 😀
