Address 635 Birthamba Rd, South Kolan QLD, contact us on 0400650731 ...either by text or whatsapp. Relax with the whole family and invite your friends and stay on this 25-acre farm stay. We have a variety of animals to see like alpacas, miniature horse, donkeys etc, come meet Peppa pig and a very cheeky Cockatoo named Charlie. Long and short stays welcome. We now have a little country stall selling local handmade gitts, soaps, shampoos and lotions, suncatchers that sparkle, cold drinks and water lce blocks for the kids. Eftpos now available also Our property is situated on 25 acres in beautiful South Kolan, enjoy the peace and quiet and enjoy the farm animals. We are just 25 minutes to Bundaberg or Gin Gin. 5 minutes to 2 local pubs, service stations and local shop. Plenty of beaches, rivers and entertainment in the local area. If you are looking for somewhere fun for all the family you've come to the right place. Come and be blessed, enjoy our little piece of paradise. Bring your boat, kayaks, fishing rods, push bikes, surfboards etc. As the local surrounds hosts lots to do. parking .available, plenty of parking out front. Pets welcome as long as they are friendly and do not chase or harm farm animals. NO PETS INSIDE THE GUEST HOUSE. Dogs must stay on leashes or tied up (NO FREE ROAMING) All animal droppings must be picked up please. Security cameras are present around the property for security .

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Plenty of animals to see like alpacas, miniature horses, sheep and more. Long and short stays welcome. Our property is situated on 25 acres in beautiful South Kolan, enjoy the peace and quiet. Except for the animals who may like to introduce themselves and let you know they are there lol. Just 25 minutes to Bundaberg or Gin Gin. 5 minutes to 2 local pubs, service stations and local shop. Plenty of beaches, rivers and entertainment in the local area. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and fun for all the family you've come to the right place. Come and be blessed, enjoy our little piece of paradise. Bring your boat , kayaks , fishing rods, push bikes, surfboards etc. As the local surrounds hosts lots to do. Caravan parking available, plenty of parking out front. pets welcome as long as they are friendly and not chase or harm farm animals. Pitch a tent in one of 4 places , surrounded by gum trees , beside dams or closer to the farm house.  Leave no trace - there is no facilities here, guests will need to be self sufficient and bring their own camping toilet. There is powered and non powered sites, water available upon request also. All our animals are friendly, please enjoy them as you explore the farm. If it's shut when you enter, please close it behind you. Don't want any animals getting hurt. Pets welcome must stay on leads at all times . Thanks

Guests will stay in the private Guest Studio, just off the main house, separated by an undercover area. Kitchen door exiting or entering guest house is opposite the main house's door in the undercover area, there are two other doors to use on the front of the guest house. The guest house sleeps 7, one queen bed, one double bed on bottom bunk , one single bunk on top, one double sofa bed. One portable cot. Access to the large pool, playground and large backyard washing machine on request cubby house and farm animals. Please note all outside areas are shared by hosts and possibly other guests or visitors. Please ask if you require anything we are more than happy to assist you. As a courtesy please switch off lights , fans, air conditioners etc when not in use. Especially when you leave for the day. Plenty of animals to see like alpacas, miniature horses, sheep, donkeys and goats, cows, calves, pig etc and more. Long and short stays welcome. Our Guest house is situated on 25 acres in beautiful South Kolan, enjoy the farm life with a variety of animals and children's play areas. Just 25 min to Bundaberg or Gin Gin . 5 min to 2 local pubs, service stations and local shop. Plenty of beaches, rivers and entertainment in the local area. Guest have access to numerous outdoor spaces, private guest studio, pool and spa, playground, bbq area and kids cubby house. free to walk around and visit all the farm animals, please no entering pens or paddocks , admire and pat over the fences, also farm rules apply if you open a gate please close behind you as we don't want anyone escaping. All our animals are friendly,. Except the pig and cockatoo they may bite. please enjoy them as you explore the farm. If it's shut when you enter, please close it behind you. Don't want any animals getting out .check in after 2.30pm and check out is 9am . Thanks

We stayed at JJJS Farm and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cheryl and her husband Rick are genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable, safe, and supported. The property is peaceful, well-kept, and well-run, which made our stay completely stress-free. Cheryl and Rick both go above and beyond to make sure guests are settled and have everything they need — nothing is ever too much trouble. Their kindness and care truly set this place apart. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels homely, calm, and run by people with big hearts, JJJS Farm is it. We’re very grateful for our stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Had a lovely peaceful stay. Cheryl and Rick were very helpful and friendly. Peppa Pig was a hit with the girls and the honey was amazing. Youngest asked how she could ever eat our usual honey again. Thanks for being so welcoming.

Was a lovely stay, my kids loved the pool and feeding all the animals. We took our two dogs and they were very welcome, just keep in mind they have to be on leash at all times because of the farm animals. Great stay

We loved this spot. Nice tranquil camping by the dam. We enjoyed being able to feed and pat the animals. There is a great play area too. Very welcoming place to stay

Great farm stay, Cheryl came down to see if we wanted to help feed the animals which was great fun. Cheryl loves a chat which was nice. It was a quiet and peaceful couple of nights stay . The animals were a bonus. Thankyou

Loved staying here! The owners were easy with communication, and the sitters were lovely! The highlight for my two kids (under 5yo) was Peppa the Pig. What a big pig!! They thought it was funny and great how quickly she ate the food we gave her! I would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay here! Thank you Cheryl for making stay soo warm and welcoming! Our daughter absolutely loved all the animals! And there was no shortage of animals! Popcorn the pony was her favourite! Loved feeding the animals too! Your property is amazing and it was great to sit around the camp fire at night. Thanks again for hosting us. We will definitely be back one day!

We had the most wonderful stay at Cheryl and Rick’s farm over Easter! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The farm itself is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, well-kept, and full of charm. It was a joy to see how well the animals were cared for – they all seemed genuinely happy and content. One of the highlights was the pool – it was spotless and so refreshing, the perfect way to relax after exploring the farm. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s a perfect getaway for families.

We had the pleasure of staying at Cheryl’s property over the Christmas to new year period and it was an incredible stay, Cheryl and her partner are super accommodating and helpful, extremely friendly and their property is absolutely stunning! The kids had an absolute blast with the playground, pool and trampolines and getting to see all the animals, will definitely be recommending to family and friends and visiting again if we’re in the area.!

I love the awesome and loving welcome by host. Very beautiful cottage with all facilities properly organised. She happily came for a farm tour and explained in detail about all pet animals their names age and likings as well.

JJJ'S Ranch Powered Camp Sites
To quote my kids, “This is gold class camping.” After having car trouble and arriving late, it was a relief to be greeted by Cheryl. She was so welcoming. Grounds are beautiful, the kids loved the animals and the pool provided much needed relief from heat. Cheryl went over and above to make our time there special with thoughtful & lovely gestures. No toilet/shower facilities (I was a bit nervous) but we survived with our camp toilet!!! There was washing machine available for our use. For kids it is great with the pool, playground, animals & movie nights. While our kids are older it is worth mentioning that the main area around the house is fenced so perfect if you have little ones. I would 100% recommend staying here. It was a great base for exploring of the region.

We had the most wonderful stay! Kids loved the animals, playground and the pool. Cheryl even had puppies which the kids loved. The unit is older but spacious, clean and well cared for. We were so welcomed and the hosts were very friendly. Great stop over from BNE to Rocky if you need a halfway stop or just a few nights off the grid! Look forward to coming back :-)

JJJ'S Ranch Guest House
Kids had THE best time! Fed animals, swam in the pool, played with the cubby house and on the outdoor play equipment, so both slept beautifully exhausted and i got to have a great nights sleep too! Definitely recommend for families and host was brilliant.
