We had a wonderful three night stay at Janissa’s! We brought our travel trailer and were very comfortable. Janissa has thought of everything and more! Well maintained property and special touches too! We look forward to going back next summer!

My teenage son and I stayed at Janissa’s amazing place for one night and it was lovely. As campers we had our gear but needed a couple things like electric and a safe serene place to stay. We had this and more and highly recommend you meet Janessa and Jesse…and the chickens! It was a quick stay and a bit to hot for us to make a campfire which had complimentary wood fire. That is a nice treat! Janissa showed my son and I her custom built skoolie which is awesome! Very cool vibe, a nearby swim lake with restrooms to freshen up and everything fun is close by. Hope to see you guys again and thank you for a great stay🙏🏻⛺️🌞

Beautiful sanctuary on the Jersey shore!
I arrived late, but the dome home was easy to find, my camping spot for the night was really beautiful grass area, shaded off the street, and I was able to plug in and settle in for the evening. The property is wonderful, and I received recommendations for my stay that were dog friendly as I travel with my pup. I will definitely return When in the area. !!

Janissa’s site had everything we were hoping for and more! This location is minutes from LBI while also offering quiet to hear the birds in the morning, a great fire pit, hammocks and a large fenced in yard perfect for our dog and small children. I highly recommend this site for anyone traveling with a dog and/or kids. Janissa is a very welcoming host who offers great tips for visiting the area. We stopped here on our way to and from Cape Henlopen for just a night each time but we would love to stay again and spend more time exploring the area!

A fine flat site tucked in a fairly private place. The location is great, easy access from the Parkway and a short easy drive to the beach. Janissa is a very friendly hostess who offered any help or recommendation needed.

That Dome Home RV Site was a perfect spot to tuck my van in for the night. I arrived just after dark and was only there for a rest before heading to my event early in the morning. I was still cheerfully greeted by Janissa & Jesse. They made sure I knew the logistics of the site and showed me their AMAZING fenced yard for my dogs. I only wish I stayed longer, as the yard had a fire pit with chairs and I know my dogs would have loved to run around as well!
It was a very quiet night as we slept peacefully. The site was perfect - level and secure. I would definitely recommend this HipCamp site and certainly would stay again if in the area. Thank you to Janissa & Jesse for sharing your awesome space with us travelers!

Janissa was an incredible host. She so kindly greeted us, gave us info about the area, and showed us where we could camp. The location is PERFECT for getting into LBI, and it was so great to have a spot to sleep in our truck that felt like home.

We were hurrying through and just stopped for 1 evening. For us it was the perfect rest stop. Could have taken better advantage of what Janissa had to offer if we stayed in the area a couple days. Here’s what we enjoyed while there. A quiet and level camper spot. Access to big backyard which the dogs had lots of room to roam. Dog loved it. Access to 110v and water. Easy access to parkway and away we went. Thanks again Jannisa for the hospitality.!

Very easy access. Flat site. We basically used it as a site to park and sleep for the night. Perfect location for our bird photography trips. Hosts are extremely friendly. Had no problem with us coming and going, even after dark.

Looking for a campsite near the beach? We were. This was perfect for us. We set up our RV next to the house and had plenty of privacy. Only 5 miles from 20th St in Ship Bottom. We also enjoyed a great lunch 1.5 miles away at Mud City Crab House.

I couldn’t say enough good things about our hosts - they were incredibly thoughtful, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The camp sight was nice as well - easy to park and access, with enough privacy and space. We loved the fact that we were in the woods, yet so close to the beautiful beaches! Nearby fresh seafood restaurant was worth the visit, as well as the wait. Would definitely return to this lovely town and Janissa’s welcoming place.

Janissa's place is very close to the bridge to LBI and the restaurant mud city is must hit if you want fresh seafood. They are a hospitable and helpful couple and will definitely give you any recommendations on the area. The spot to park was easy to navigate with an electric cord waiting for us.

We enjoyed pitching our tent on Janissa’s large backyard! It was calm and quiet, perfect to ressource after a day on LBI.
There is a pergola where you can pitch your tent in case of rain! Nice fire pit, though we did not have time to use it.
Will come back for sure when we are travelling to LBI.
Janissa was very responsive and accommodate our late arrival! Thank you!

Janissa was super communicative, friendly, and accommodating. The property is very quiet and in an amazing location. The spot is located right next to the house, with access to amenities in the backyard. If you’re looking for the least expensive way to essentially stay on Long Beach Island, this property is maybe a mile away to the bridge. Save yourself $600 and stay here instead!
