Absolutely beautiful spot right off the lake and by a nice lagoon. Lots of birdwatching and squirrels and rabbit watching. Beautiful flowers!. Good fishing. Nice concrete pad with tons of other amenities. We will definitely be back!

Clean, grass kept cut, beautiful flowers to attract butterflies and humming birds. You Can walk dogs easily. They were very accommodating and friendly!

The site is well kept, Brian and Patti are always upgrading and are gracious hosts. The flower garden brought in plenty of humming birds to share my morning coffee time with....always a bonus

Wow Brian’s campsite was amazing with a great view of the pond across the street. Everything at his campsite was prestige and clean. We appreciated a nights worth of wood in our fire ring for our first fire, a fantastic little perk. Thank you so much Brian and Patti, we will definitely rent again! Highly recommended!!!

Brian and Patti were great host. They were very helpful with a beautiful lot. This is a private community with mostly seasonal residents. This is not a typical campground however the park offers many activities. They have a few fishing areas that the kids loved. There is also a beach with toys, flotation devices, water bounce pad, kayakes and paddle boats to ride on. In addition, they have a play ground for the littles, putt putt golf, volleyball, basketball and more. Major stores are about 40 minutes away but local grocery and convenience stores are much closer.

Brian & Patti's were great hosts! They gave clear directions and even provided firewood for the campfires. We enjoyed the quiet community. We also ventured out to many of the nearby towns. (Clare, Midland, Cadillac lake, etc.)

We loved our stay! Brian and Patti were very welcoming. The site was spacious and clean. It was large enough for us to put up a 17’ A frame camper, an 11 man tent, and screen porch over the picnic table all without feeling cramped. The resort park had so many amenities: a swimming beach with water trampoline, playground, fishing pond, free putt putt golf, horseshoes, a library and much more. All the residents were welcoming and it was safe enough to let our kids explore independently. We loved it and can’t wait to come back! Thanks again Brian and Patti for being such great hosts. Newbie Campers welcome!

Where do we even start? My wife and I decided, quite at the last minute really, to do a thing that scared us. That "thing" was to buy a slightly used Camper trailer. In short...we knew very little about camping. Brian and Patti are amazing. Brian LITERALLY taught us everything about our camper, how to set it up, and some hacks to make the experience better next time. I started calling him "Camping Yoda" and he seemed ok with it lol. The site was just about perfect. It has extremely fast wifi (some people don't need that, I ain't the one) water, 50 amp electrical, and septic hookup right there. The park is also very cool. Super quiet (pro tip: go during the week), and there is a ton of stuff to do there. We brought our dogs and walked them more than we do at home. Even so, we didn't even see all of the sights in our three days. Huge thanks to Brian and Patti for making our very first camping trip wonderful! Thomas and Shannon.
