The attention was fine, with quick replies. The place is okay, but avoid it on hot days because there is no shade anywhere. Some spots have a fire pit, while others have water, so it is a bit inconvenient. We camped in a tent. Photos shows grass and flowers, there is no grass anywhere either. Bathroom was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures.

We stayed here for several days. The property is nice with a very large camping area with fire rings and picnic tables at each site. We had fun visiting with the goats. The rest room was pretty cool with its open air roof and rainfall shower. There was a flush toilet too! We did not take advantage of the picnic area with a BBQ, sink, and games, as we were gone most of the day into the evening. We had a bit of trouble getting level (not unexpected on farm land) and there's no shade to speak of, but it's a beautiful property -- very quiet and peaceful. Thanks, Matt, for a lovely stay.

This site is absolutely beautiful! The sunsets here are stunning, and the dark, clear skies make for perfect night stargazing. The campsites are really spacious and well spread out, so you have plenty of privacy. Highly recommend!

This is a sweet Hipcamp, with a picnic table and fire pit at each spot. All of the spots are located on a sprawling ranch with plenty of open space. I loved waking up to the sunrise and stargazing at night. This is a bit expensive for a tent/car camping - but it was a wonderful stay.

Great last-minute stop! This is the perfect spot for car, RV, or rig camping with tons of room between sites and beautiful sunsets. The communal area is awesome—equipped with sinks, tables, games, and a BBQ. To top it off, it hands down has the best bathroom setup, featuring an incredible shower with night sky views that was pure bliss after a 12-hour drive. Thanks for a fantastic stay, Matt
Matt was very responsive and had great communication lead up to and during my stay. Directions and instructions on how to get into the property were easy to follow. The camps sites are well spaced and you get a large area to yourself along with a pic nic table and a fire pit. The communal outdoor space (including the cooking area) was really nice and well kept. The communal bathroom was really clean and the outdoor shower was amazing in the mornings as the sun was coming up! Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

This beautiful ranch has everything you need for a great camping trip! Beautiful sunset, nice fire pit and one of the best showers I’ve ever had. We’ll be back!
I have stayed at the Ranch at the crossroads many times. It’s a great facility. The price is right and the bathroom facility is very clean and spacious. Matt has always responded very rapidly to any questions I’ve had. I would highly recommend staying at The Ranch At at the crossroads in Livermore, California.

Beautiful sunset and sunrise. Lots of space and a very nice bathroom. We used tha BBQ area in the evening and had a wonderful time at Matt's ranch.

It was quiet and peaceful with gated secure access. Located up against a hillside, one really felt out in the country but with easy access to anything necessary in town. There was plenty of space and even though there weren’t electrical hook ups, the sky was wide open for my portable solar panels. There was a really nice breeze during the entirety of my stay making air-conditioning use unnecessary.

We had a great one night stay at Matt’s . There was plenty of room for our dogs to get exercised and he is located very close to the Bay Area cities. We plan to come back for a longer stay next time

Very good place for our first experience. Like an approachable version of Koa camping. Bathroom surprisingly useful. Kids love the animals. Got help with jumping car on the way out.
Amazing place to stay! Owners were fantastic and really have thought of everything. You are located in the middle of wine country. Livermore the town, is full of life and filled with things to do. We will definitely be back!

We loved the farm! It was a great place to camp. Very spread out and good privacy. Remember to Bring a canopy bc there isn’t much shade at the camp sites. We will be back!

We loved taking our camper van out to Matt's land. He was a communicative host and gave clear instructions for arrival. The camping spots are spacious, and the nights in the valley are gorgeous. There are quite a few mudcracks and gopher holes in the ground on the area in particular where we camped, so just be cautious of young ones or dogs running around, it's easy to trip if you're not watching where you are walking
Stopped for one night. Unreasonably warm. Be mindful there is no shade. Matt was available and helpful. Beautiful breeze in the evening and a dynamite sunset.

Avoid the shortcut route if headed north on the 580 (narrow with many blind curves)
Use the route that takes you past the charming downtown Livermore

Comfortable RV or car camping (but I don’t see any reason why tent camping wouldn’t work. There are restrooms and potable water available. The common area has games that helped me entertain a 7 years old. I would definitely go back for a spontaneous getaway and testing my camping equipment

Great private place tucked away in the Livermore hills! Matt was very accommodating for our stay. I booked a site at the last minute to catch the Perseid meteor shower, as all other campsites were booked out. It's a beautiful property with amazing sunsets. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. I didn't plan on showering because I was there for a night, but I kinda wish I did because the outdoor shower looks so cool. The sites are dispersed and large so it feels like you have enough privacy despite it being flat land through all sites. We initially tried leaving to watch the meteor shower at Del Valle, but the fog rolled in. Ended up coming right back to watch from our site and saw a dozen meteors in an hour. So cool! We did have to make a makeshift shaded area between our cars because of the property's lights, but it worked out just fine. Thanks again, Matt, for accommodating. Cool place!
My friends and I really enjoyed camping at Matt's land. It has a wide open space equipped with full (and very clean) bathroom, shower, cute outdoor lights, games and other fun things! Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Loved camping at the ranch: directions were clear, Matt was very communicative and helpful. WiFi made it so we could work remotely to make the most of our visit. Bathroom was very clean and had an awesome, built-out, private shower under the stars. Thoughtful common area with fun games close to some goats, ducks, and chickens. We had a great visit and would look forward to staying again.
Beautiful property with nice furnishings, but it's infested with chiggers. Despite sleeping in our car, we woke up with 12+ bug bites along our sock and underwear lines. We suspect this is from sitting on the picnic tables for about an hour.
Matt is super responsive and kind. The instructions to get to camp were clear and helpful. The restroom/shower is clean and well stocked. The game area is very cute and great to keep the kids off screens. It is a working farm so there aren't any trees, but we never found it to get too hot and the campsite are well spaced out for privacy. We love staying here, and have made it a part of an annual family trip to the Bay area.
