Very occasionally we open up our property to general campers and visitors. WE ARE OPENING THE LAND UP THIS EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!
Camping spots are available in a variety of locations on the property to suit all needs --
1. Budget friendly options (close to the road) x up to 3 sites
2. Accessible-friendly options (on gravel / carpark) WITH TOILET ACCESS x up to 5 sites
3. Secluded scenic nature options (set in the Olive Grove, overlooking the wetland / plantation, at the private back-half of the property) x up to 10 sites
4. Powered Site(s) with Ablution facilities (shower, toilet, washing machine) options. x up to 2 sites
5. Beautifully renovated vintage caravan (comfortable double bed, one king single, one small single), fully contained kitchen, x up to 1 available
6. Large camper-trailer with pull out kitchen next to ablution block. Double bed x up to 1 available
Every morning we open up our Main Hall to campers as well - with barista made coffee available from local coffee producers ($5 donation), an extensive library with classical furniture and conservatory style gardens, we also have Award Winning Olive Oil for sale for $15 for guests, as well as various products such as organic, wild-foraged regeneratively farmed fresh eggs (you can include in your booking to have for your breaky!) and chicken meat, and soon fresh milk from our cow! Subject to availability.

Sam + Cleo, with a 2 year old.
Raf + Sarah, with a 4 and 6 year old.
We have a number of friendly dogs on the farm - Henry, Max and Chopper who may visit you. We are pet-friendly, however your dogs / pets must be friendly too (and not roaming), and fine with wildlife / other farm animals.
Quiet camping only - no parties (unless prior arranged). Events can be catered for, however notice and agreement is required first. Excessive noise and disruption will not be tolerated otherwise. Neighbours must be respected.
Unless booking a Site with Toilet / Ablution Access - ALL visitors must be completely self-contained (BYO toilets and leave with waste, etc). There are no dump points on site, however there are some nearby in Vasse and Busselton - which are both 5-7 minute drives. Please be prepared to "LEAVE NO TRACE". Absolutely NO toilet paper in the bushes, okay.
TOTAL FIRE BAN still in effect (it hasn't rained in 6 months - fire danger is real).
Absolutely no open-fire cooking (we are in a drought).

Big Valley Campsite

Most of our powered sites are large and shaded with the few that are not shaded being complimented by views of the rolling hills. Most are also drive through sites adding to the ease of getting in and set up quickly. All sites are no more than 100m from our amenities. Big Valley Campsite is nestled amongst the hills of our family owned working sheep farm, ten minutes south east of Margaret River.Camp fires are prohibited in the Margaret River region between December and April, please follow any restrictions when on the property.Your pets are welcome to join you but please notify the hosts at the time of your booking if they are travelling with you.The farm encompasses a beautiful secret valley hidden from the outside world by natural forest. Our campsite is designed for people wanting a quiet, eco-friendly stay.
Just five kilometers outside of Margaret River, we welcome campers to come and experience the magic of Fair Harvest. The gardens and farm of Fair Harvest were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. In 2022, we were proudly awarded the nationally-recognised Eco Certification for Ecotourism.
Our camper amenities include 2 showers ( on 2min timer as we have limited rainwater), 2composting toilets, and an outdoor kitchen built from timber harvested onsite. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable lifestyle and sharing our beautiful farm with others. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers.
The farm features extensive food gardens, a Pop Up Farm Cafe , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals and discover our veggie garden.
Due to farm commitments, events, courses and retreats, the campground is open to the public only certain times of the year.

Fair Harvest Retreat Rules
1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am
2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details.
Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp.
3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground.
4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens.
We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food.
FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min..
5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced)
where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us.
Our 3 farm dogs are free to walk around the farm and are really friendly.
Zeli - the oldest black and white border collie, would love a pat, she is deaf !
Jimmy - Black X Kelpie love to get the stick, very gentle.
Max - Tan x kelpie , rescue puppy love to chase Jimmy.
Please make sure your bins and food are out of reach.
6 - FIRE - you are welcome to light the communal fire (firewood provided)
this is the only fire allowed on site.
Please check current fire Ban info with us. usually from December till March
WATER - the campground run with rain water only, we are limited please used it wisely.
7 - WASTE & RECYCLING - SO IMPORTANT!
We are doing our best to provide a great recycling model. PLEASE help us ….
All food even meat should be given to the chickens (bin in the kitchen)
There is a 10C refund bin (this goes to charity)
A recycling bin at the front gate.
A general waste bin at the front gate.
We do not accept mixed rubbish in our bin, so if you don't separate take them away with you.
We will be more than happy to explain and help you with your waste.
8 - QUIET time from 10pm - please be mindful of others campers - no parties or late music.
No generators.
9 - VISITORS between 9 - 4 and please ask them to park in the general carpark

Sometimes we get Roos cruising through our bush as the neighbourhood like to feed them.
The property is the first right just off the Bussellton Highway, the
sound of the highway isn’t as bad as expected, the highway goes through a man made valley/gully and we are on a hill.
There are no facilities here, campers need to be self sufficient.

I have a relatively attractive, quiet property with shady, mowed, relatively level paddock and easy access. The Property is located 5 minutes from Geographe Bay (1.5km as the crow flies) and 8 min drive to Busselton CBD and our infamous jetty.
Busselton hosts a wonderful array of cafe's, bars and restaurants. Close by are magic beaches, caves and numerous wineries and breweries.
Well behaved, non barking dogs permitted. Plse keep restrained unless in the exercise paddock, as a courtesy to other guests.
There is a great pooch friendly fenced paddock where they can have a run, chase a ball without fear of running off. Also a smaller run. Plse pick up poo!
NO CHECKINS AFTER 6.30PM unless previously arranged at time of booking plse.
Guests MUST be fully self contained with their own toilet and shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. No dumping of waste (grey water is fine) on property. NO EXCEPTIONS, sorry.
Please top up your WATER PRIOR TO ARRIVING....thank you. NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES WHATSOEVER during our summer shire fire restrictions season. Our neighbours value their homes.

There is no set check in or out time unless there is a site crossover day. I try to keep it as relaxing as possible but plse adhere to before 6.30 or advise time as it is disturbing not just for me but other campers. TIA.
Entry is via the SECOND driveway on the right if coming from Busselton side, with green colourbond fence. After coming through gates swing hard left directly into the camping paddock. It is very easy access. Camp sites are designated with vertical tape on the fence and a number. Please park between vertical tapes on site number assigned.
Please back into your site and park car across front of van in front, there is plenty of space (not on the side), to give you all plenty of room between vans.
If it is holiday season I will allocate a camp site number, so plse ask if not sure. Off season pretty much camp where you like.

Sanjari Estate is a small family-run avocado property. It has four different groves of differing ages and plenty of areas that will allow you to have some privacy.
We are more than happy to accommodate small groups of vans in areas together if sites are available. Please note, however, we do not accept bookings with children, due to the soak and machinery. Unless prior arrangement swags/tents are unfortunately not permitted. Message Rebecca if you wish to discuss a tent/swag site if available, however must still have a chemical toilet and toilet tent.
Sanjari is located just 15 minutes from Busselton. Margaret River, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Nannup and Bunbury all under a 45 minute drive. Even Augusta is within an hour for an easy day trip.
We wish to offer guests the opportunity to stroll around the groves (dependent on harvest) and the garden. Ruby, Rupert and Primrose the miniature ponies love a pat and treats of carrots, apples etc. Bolt is our friendly staffy that also loves a pat and strolls the property with us. The blue wrens and birds love the area.
You must be fully self contained with a chemical toilet. However, grey water may be emptied onto the ground. Please note it is critical to our license that you do not go to the toilet in the grove area's and use your chemical toilet. There is a public dump point and water refill station in Adelaide Street in Busselton and also one in Capel.
Raised small contained fire pits are allowed during the permitted season as per the local shire. We have several with cooking grill available for hire and wood for sale if you wish to pre-book one. No fires to be directly on the lawn. Strictly no fires of any type during fire season.
Whilst the area's are mowed regularly normal bush hazards such as snakes and vermin do exist so be mindful and ensure you keep food scraps and rubbish contained. We do not have a dump point you must take rubbish with you.
Troy is also a Personal Trainer with a fully equipped gym on-site if you wish to book a session with him.

Amber Ridge Estate

Redgum Hill
Nestled in amongst the red gums on an elevated position near the edge of the property, you will be camping next to the old hay shed. The birdlife here is amazing, with red tailed cockatoos and honeyeaters amongst others frequently visiting.
Please take care whilst exploring around this area, there are some deep rabbit warrens around the hay shed, which can be hidden in the grass in winter.

Valley Vista
Valley Vista is a private and secluded haven, on an elevated spot backed onto state forest looking down over the valley, with arguably the best views of the farm.

Creek Junction
Creek Junction is a peaceful area by the creek line nestled in amongst the trees, where the gully running down the hill meets the creek. One of our three dams is hidden in amongst the tea tree bushes nearby. You can see the house from this campsite, but it is far enough away that privacy is not an issue.
This site has no facilities, self-contained campers/vans only.
Please be aware, all of our dams are seasonal and will be very low in the summer months. We also recommend that you do not swim in them.
Shed Pad with bathroom
Shed Pad is a powered site (15 amp) situated next to the main shed with bathroom facilities, including a flushing toilet. This site is relatively flat, perfect for a couple of tents or two medium/one large caravan. It overlooks neighbouring paddocks and state forest.
Please note, this site has a two-night minimum stay requirement. Base price covers two people.
