Just a short walk from one of New Zealand’s most famous beaches, Hot Water Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park offers spacious powered and unpowered sites surrounded by native bush and landscaped grounds. From here, you can wander down to the shore, dig your own natural hot pool in the sand at low tide, and soak in the warm mineral water with the sound of the waves rolling in. The park has a relaxed, family-friendly feel, with generous sites perfectly suited to tents, caravans and motorhomes — including all-weather options for larger vehicles — as well as a wide selection of cabins and villas. Facilities at the park are many and varied: a year-round heated pool complex with soaking pools, modern communal kitchens, clean amenity blocks, an on-site shop, laundry, BBQ areas, EV-charging (trickle-style, outside peak season only) and a playground for younger guests. All of this combines with the bush setting and ocean-front access to deliver a comfortable, nature-centred stay without compromise.

We are a small farm in a beautiful rural village on the outskirts of Auckland. As well as being a lovely village we are close to beaches, forests & bush walks. We are close enough to Auckland for Daytrips if you want to experience the Big Smoke and far enough away to be away from the hub Bub of city life. We are approx halfway between Auckland city and Hamilton City so a great stop off point if travelling North or South

A RICH HISTORY Dickson Holiday Park is located in the old Tararu gardens, planted late last century by the settlers looking to beautify this thriving gold town. It is also the site of the remains of the Brown and Campbell gold processing stamper battery. The Gold is mostly gone, or best left in the ground to preserve the scenic wealth of this beautiful area, but the history remains and is a part of life in the Coromandel. Situated only 15 minutes from Raglan and about the same to the blissful and barely known about Aotea Harbour, keep going and in only 35 minutes you find yourself in Kawhia, another gorgeous harbour and also boasts it's own hot water beach, where at low tide you can just dig a hole and create your own spa pool - choose the right day and enjoy a spectacular and unforgettable sunset. Not forgetting of course the renowned Bridal Veil Falls, only 2km further up the road from this property. With the local social club directly across the road, you have the choice of peace and tranquility or a little socialising and getting to know the locals - with the possibility of being let in on further (lesser known and undiscovered) attractions which, believe me exist - but are accessable by permission only. With it's close proximity to Raglan and all that it beholds, it's a great place to park up away from the hustle and bustle (and the free camping Nazis, lol) take a breath and plan your next move. Stay a night or a week, I promise you that the longer you stay the more welcome you will feel - and be...
