Its a beautiful walk up, just be careful and go slow as you enjoy the scenery, the terrain around here is quite rocky and sandy as its on the coastline.
Excellent access to the cape to cape track, beach / tide pools and just off Caves Road so getting anywhere in the region is a breeze.
Perfect for a little couples getaway!
I recommend pre-making meals that can be easily reheated on a camp stove, it made things just a bit easier.
Perfect amount of creature comforts and camping / roughing it kinda vibes.
Spectacular view from the van and table 🌊
Be prepared for flies and mosquito's in your preferred ways (sprays, creams etc), will be peak at springtime.

It is a great glamping site. Clean, spacious, full equipped, close to town centre, and walking distance to the beach. The only unpleasant experience was checking in at the reception. The lady rejected to check in for us in the beginning because the booking name is not my official name on my ID. She asked me to change my Hipcamp account name where I made the booking when I asked her for solution. I told her I couldn’t do that and she said she couldn’t check us in then. Until my 8 years old son became frustrated and out of control as he thought we couldn’t check in, the lady suddenly changed her attitude. She checked my ID and the registration form (which contains my full name, ID number, car plate number, all guests’ full name) I filled before I came and finally checked us in. So what was the point to change my Hipcamp account name?!

My partner and I had the best little getaway at Cliffy ! We got back yesterday and I can tell you it was hard leaving :(
A gorgeous spot, perfect for a break from society and time to connect with nature. Would recommend packing light and not arriving after sunset like we did if you want to find the caravan easily ! Such a pretty little spot - a 10 min walk to the gorgeous cliffs and the cape to cape trail is on your doorstep. Make sure you have a little sunset picnic on the cliffs- it was bliss ! Such a cosy little home, we would love to come back 🩷

It was exactly what we needed a nice getaway. Mary was lovely and provided info on local dining establishments but also responded quickly and provided items that we forgot.

2 nights at Cliffy the Caravan
We had a great time at Cliffy. The only downside was the wet & windy weather, but the caravan kept us warm and dry. Great private location near the breathtaking cliffs and would definitely come back. Just as a heads up for dog owners, there are a lot of prickles and grass seeds around the area to be wary of this time of year.
