In amongst the nature there is alot of wildlife (goannas, lizards, birds etc) especially kangaroos which can be seen regularly throughout the rural land. The property also has a water bore and a few winter creeks running through the land. There is a spectacular and picturesque hilltop view overlooking Chittering Valley at the highest point on the lot This property is perfect for tourists/visitors seeking a tranquil and silent nature retreat in the Perth wildlife region and hills.
