The Cottage Garden

1 site · RV2 acres · Woorree, WA
This property was owned by an Italian family who came to Australia in the 30's. We bought the house in Aug 2021 and fell instantly in love with it and all its quirkiness. The original cottage is still on site and is a long term renovation project for us, it may be old but holds lots and lots of history behind them walls. The verandah area is yours to use, if you wish, for a bit of extra room to escape the rain or provide a bit of shade (depending on season) it has a powerpoint and light for your convenience. Unfortunately, as there are building works happening at the back of the cottage we have closed access to the toilet area for your safety at this time.

At Hill River Farm you will experience a secluded area right close to the Chapman River amongst the gumtrees, with the Kookaburras and many other bird life. Horses roam in the paddocks, and it's fields of green for as far as the eye can see. We provide potable water, and a pristine setting, but other than that we ask you bring what you need to be self-sufficient. Only 15 minutes to the city of Geraldton and the beaches yet far enough away to enjoy time out in nature. Go for a stroll through and around the river area or the farm, and enjoy the peace and quiet. We look forward to welcoming you to Hill River Farm.

Valentines Ridge

4 sites · RVs, Tents10 acres · Greenough, WA
Enjoy this peaceful 10 acre bush block, just a 15 minute walk to the local beach! The property is located 20 minutes to Geraldton and a 15 minute drive to woolies. There’s a beautiful ridge that requires 4x4 to access but plenty of space in front of it for those who don’t. There are no amenities so you’ll need to be self contained, there is a dump station about an hour out of town at a rest stop. Due to winds it’s not recommended to have an open fire but a gas stove will be fine!

Animals, bikes, canoes, walking and swimming. This property features paddocks with shady trees. Situated close to the river. The beach is a short drive away. Horses and small animal experience available by booking via the calendly link (with an additional fee). I recommend booking a walk with the horses along the river for an hour. https://calendly.com/leaningtreeanimals This campsite has access to a beautiful toilet/shower and drinking water supply in the workshop. There is also a rain tank outdoor solar shower if you put your solar bag out to heat. Small camp kitchen with coffee machine, fridge, sink and bench also in the workshop. We have a country pub at the front ( which has a cafe, great coffee, meals open all day and of course great cold beer) the camping are is behind - we are currently only able to hold self sufficient campers, but are getting ablutions very soon. It is a perfect spot to camp up, relax, drive thru the wild flowers, to the beach & watch the perfect sky at night ( fire pits are provided in winter)
