Nice quite place to overnight better than on the side of Brand Highway in central Dongarra
Pay at the honour box at the gate as it was $11 cheaper than paying via Hipcamp
Cost is $20 was good value

Loved camping such a beautiful spot either among the trees or out in the open. Beautiful and peaceful and close to town. Charlie and Sharen we’re very friendly and welcoming and would definitely coming back.

We enjoyed our stay, so much so we extended a few days.
Excellent hosts, clear directions and great communication. Easy access to town which has great coffee and a lovely vibe!
Be mindful of the exposed limestone if camping under the trees and are securing your awnings or similar.
Spacious paddock, fireplaces nearby with flat ground graded, friendly hosts with a quite area but remaining close to town.

We had a great 3 day stay here. 2 options to set up, under the trees or out in the open paddock. We chose the paddock as we wanted the solar. Under the trees probs a bit more scenic. Really quiet. Need to be fully off/grid, no services. Numerous fire pits available with supplied wood. A 5 min drive into Dongara/Port Denison. Great!

We had a lovely few days over the Easter holidays. Three families all under the trees. Lovely shade, secluded but close to Dongara for supplies. South Beach was perfect, easy to drive on and no need to let tyres down.
Not a bad spot for a one-night stopover. The field itself is pretty basic,just rough, dried grass with sheep grazing. Very peaceful There’s no formal check-in process, which makes things easy, you can just turn up and pick a spot. Plenty of space to spread out, and overall a quiet, no-fuss place to rest for the night.
Great place to stay with easy and quick access to Dongara and surroundings. Hosts were great and the landscape is beautiful.

Very peaceful campsite. Directions were good and the site had good access with level ground. We camped under the trees and had a lovely view of the surrounding land.

My hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Mallee Manor , Charlie and Sharen were exceptional hosts. Their property is very well maintained , with level ground and shady areas. Its very relaxing . It was unfortunate that we had some poor weather which shortened our stay , however I would highly recommend Charlie and Sharen's property and will hopefully be back in the future.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Open Paddock near Dongara
A peaceful spot in a big open field, not far from Dongara. The grass was quite rough and the ground a bit uneven, but we managed to find a level enough place to park. It’s quiet and private, with nice open skies at night. We did find a couple of ticks after our stay, so best to come prepared with repellent if you’re camping here.

We loved our stay at The Malle Manor!
Stopped in for two nights on our way up the coast and came back for another on the way home. Charlie and Sharen were wonderful hosts, they were friendly, helpful, and even brought out extra firewood and helped us with a van issue. We’re so grateful for their kindness and would definitely stay again!

As the name suggests, it’s a paddock- back to basic camping which we love.
Property is well signed and close to town.
Beautiful spacious area for comfortable camping. The owners have quick response time and are very helpful over message. Easy to book. Easily accessible area. Lovely lights and fire pit spots. 10/10 definitely recommend
Great camping/ caravan sites under the trees. Very peaceful and relaxing not noisy at all. Would definitely be back in the near future
Great spot, good hosts very accommodating.
One corner has a lovely tree area and wide open paddock to spread out on. Close to town with good telstra reception.

A lovely quiet spot to stay for a couple of nights, and very convenient for Dongara and Port Denison. Lots of space, so we were well away from other campers. Fire pits, and Charlie brought round plenty of firewood for us.

We heard a boobook owl through the night. And the sky was so clear, the stars were brilliant 🌟
Great spot for a stop over or stay for a couple of nights to camp if you were passing through,
suitable for a few vans on the spot I stayed if you are traveling with friends. Fire pit there, no facilities but was great for a self-contained camper/van.
