Hampton Park is located in Winslow, approximately 10 minutes drive north of Warrnambool. We are a short drive to Lake Cartcarrong, Tower Hill, Koroit, Port Fairy and Woolsthorpe. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of back to basic country living. Hampton Park offers grassed sites, surrounded by beautiful farming land, gardens, lawns and trees. It is a quiet, peaceful property with resident koalas and abundant birdlife. A community campfire is available in designated area only, (fire wood bagged up nearby to purchase), strict adherence to local fire regulations. You choose your grassed area to set up camp. Hampton Park has no amenities, you need to have your own toilet, (fully self contained , and leave no trace.) We are dog friendly, and dogs must be on the leash at all times As we have Koalas on our property ,we offer water at numerous taps on our property for your pets Easily accessible for all types of vehicles.

A secluded get-away, Sea Mist is positioned at the end of The Great Ocean Road. Just a short walk from Logans Beach Whale Nursery and the picturesque Hopkins River. Close to enjoy a variety of water activites swimming, fishing, kayaking, surfing. Logans Beach Day Spa and a female gym is 5 minute walk up the road from the property. Proudfoots, a historic restaurant, on the Hopkins River about a 15 minute stroll across the bridge and along the river walk past the boat moorings. They are well known for delicious food, great place to go for tea or weekend breakfast. There is also a walking /riding track and board walk promenade that will follows the foreshore and finishes at the Break Water passing the Warrnambool Surf Club, Lake Pertobe and some terrific restaurants, Simons and The Pavilion to note, which is a great place for breakfast or lunch. The CBD is only 5 minutes drive from the property great variety of restaurants, art galleries, gift shops, boutiques and speciality shops as well as supermarkets and other large chain stores such as, Woolworths, Coles, Audi, K-Mart and Target. Set on 2 acres, Sea Mist was purchased as a subdivision in 1998. The garden and house were also designed then and given council approval the following year. The extensive gardens incorporate both design ideas that Edna Walling used, and Bill Mollison and David Holgren developed with their Permaculture principals. The gardens were established over a number of years to follow, aiming to be as sustainable as possible. Although the property has town water connected, for most of the year it runs totally on tank water. The wastewater is recycled and used on many of the gardens. We have organic orchard and vegetable gardens that use companion planting and successive crop rotation. Guests are free to spend time in the garden and pick some fruit and herbs for a snack to use in cooking a meal. Please be respectful and leave plenty for others to share.

We are central to beautiful spots. Find caves at Byaduk and a gift store. Not far from Hamilton you'll find falls to wonder around. Portland has pick your own strawberries along with the tram to take a ride. Our property is located in Port Fairy, close to the highway and a short distance from the beach. You have access to the front area of the property where there is a private area for a small tent or a caravan/van. Guests must be self-sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. There is a fire pit available for use and firewood is available to purchase for an additional cost. Maximum of two cars per booking to ensure you fit in the space comfortably. We have Breakfast packs available for $20 pp which include - cereal, milk, fruit and freshly baked muffin from Bp baked that morning. * 12 hours notice required Our home is 5 meters away and we have a horse and cows on the property. There is a large timber fence around the property, so it's very secure, should you wish to head out for day trips. Pets welcome to stay too! We have puppy 2023 and dog staffy. Very friendly. Port Fairy is a lovely coastal fishing town in the southwest of Victoria, well known for its Famous Folk festival in March Long weekend. Charles at East Beach offer you Beautiful Meal and Fishing Bait is available at TATTSLOTTO shop 64 sackville street. . We are renovating the house. 2023 all completed by May

We took our camper trailer and our bull terrier to Hampton Park. I don't know what to say except we have stayed in almost 30 different Hip Camp sites and this is by far one of our favourites. The beautiful, well maintained and gorgeously presented sites, went well beyond our expectations. The views, the hosts and the whole stay was just wonderful. If we're ever travelling through Warrnambool again, I already know where will be staying. We would 100% recommend Hampton Park.

We had a wonderful time at Hampton Park! The hosts were so understanding about our car troubles - resulting in us arriving after dark (they assisted in guiding us into the site) and then departing late (as our car wouldn't start). The hosts were very understanding and helpful. The site is beautiful, on a lovely lawn amoungst lovely trees are overlooking paddocks. No koala spotting for us, but our daughter very much enjoyed chatting to the cockatoo and playing in the playground. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to return again!

We had our dogs and couldn’t book into a caravan park as it was a long weekend, so we wanted to find a spot that was pet friendly, away from traffic, and safe. We arrived and left while it was dark, so we didn’t get to see any of the area but the ground was flat and plenty of space.

Couldn’t recommend this place any more if it tried! Beautiful sites, nice and big grass level sites! Most welcoming camp hosts! Originally only had 2 nights booked but added another 3 after the first night! So peaceful and had the most amazing sunsets! Photos really don’t do this place justice! 10/10, thank you for having us!

A great peaceful and spacious campsite in a lovely bush setting. Kids loved the double story cubby house and sandpit. A visit to Tower Hill Reserve to see the wild emus and koalas and Warrnambool Wildlife Encounters are a must for adults and children alike. So much to do in Warrnambool and surrounding area. We will be back for a third visit!
