Or just roam, which shouldn't be too hard on 67 acres . We are close to massive areas of bush with open trails. Dogs are very welcome- no cats. As we live in the bush, we do our best to keep everything as 'green' as we can- so please don't use harsh chemicals. Living in the bush brings with it that you cannot light a fire in fire danger periods, and, heating on a woodstove, means there is a hot stove in the room. (watch those little fingers...) Our aim is to give you a place of rest and enjoyment. We love to share our space as we love it here so much- and hope you love it too. As life is a project - don't expect 10* linen and luxury, state of the art gardens and clipped lawns, but a friendly welcoming atmosphere where you can be yourself and relax. We love to have visitors, and chat for a bit- or leave you to relax. Weekend Trip to Springview Farm

We had a ball at Jo's hipcamp. It is such a unique and well set up camp, with so many extras provided, it was the easiest camping trip ever. We went with young kids (aged 2 - 8) and there were so many activities for them to do, from tennis, to feeding the animals, to swimming. The kids (and adults) loved the slippery slide, and watching the kids kayak in the evening whilst we sat by the fire pit in the evening was a highlight. I would 100% recommend and we'd love to come back.

Weekend Trip to Springview Farm

Springview farm exceeded our expectations in every single way possible. The photos don’t do this spot justice - the privacy, the comfort, the small touches, it’s everything you could want for a weekend away. Jo went above and beyond to help us with things we were organising for our hens. We LOVED the dam and the slip n slide. The camp kitchen had everything we needed and the glamping setup was unbelievably cosy and comfy. We will be back without a doubt

3 nights at French Island Cottage - Camping

What a lovely property! We had a wonderful and deeply relaxing time here. Even though the host house is next to the cottage, Alan was extremely respectful of our space and was happy with us galavanting around the property. We had the cottage and used the lawn to camp and enjoyed checking out the funny little island, very unique. Good wading within walking distance when the tide is high. Alan was a friendly host who was there when we needed him and left us alone when we didn't!

3 nights at Springview Farm

Stayed there with my wife and kids over new years. It was brilliant, great set up, water slide was awesome and my 5 year old learnt to kayak! Jo was great, entertained the kids with feeding the animals and checking in. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We’ll be back 100%!
