Our brand new reception area is waiting to welcome you, along with a new café and retail area where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. And speaking of exploring, our newly refurbished cabins are looking absolutely gorgeous and are the perfect base for your next adventure.

We've also undergone extensive underground infrastructure works to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Tawonga Tourist Park is nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by the unique Bogong National Park and magnificent Bogong high plains. With easy access from Albury/Wodonga, Wangaratta, and surrounding historic townships, our park is the perfect destination for your next holiday.

Blackwood Cabin

Only a short drive to the King Valley wine region, Brookfield Maze and The Alpine National Park where you can enjoy&nbsp;swimming, kayaking, rafting or wining and dining.Blackwood is a traditional log cabin nestled in the bush in North East Victoria. Set on the banks of the 15 Mile Creek it is the perfect place to escape the busy life and settle into a truly unique location. Only a short drive to the King Valley wine region, Brookfield Maze and The Alpine National Park. Fully self contained, the cabin offers guests a camping style experience with some of the comforts of home. There is plenty of room to park a car if you are travelling through.The cabin sleeps 4 with a set of single bunk beds and a double bed. It has a small bar fridge, well equipped kitchen and open fire place and BBQ. The hot shower and flushing toilet are outdoors.&nbsp;There is indoor and outdoor dinning table and large fire pit, that overlooks the creek flats.&nbsp;Easy access for 2WD, limited phone reception with Telstra.

Camp Crusty Bright

Bright Cabin and Caravan Park, Camp Crusty, started life in the late 1930s as a camp for loggers working in the local pine plantations. During the 1950s it morphed into a camp that hosted school groups and clubs. More recently it has become a destination for tourists travelling to the Bright area looking for a natural holiday experience. Camp Crusty has a rich history being one of the most historic areas in the Alpine Region.

With free access to our pool, play ground and walking and riding tracks and only a short distance to the ski resorts of ‘Mt Hotham, Falls Creek and Mt Buffalo. Set on five acres adjacent to the state park and right across the road from the Ovens River and the well known Rail Trail, we offer a peaceful holiday environment, with many things to do right at your fingertips.

High Country Paradise

Welcome to the Victorian High Country! The High Country region has award winning craft breweries, a rich history to explore and offers a beautiful spot for bush horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, exploring or just relaxing around a camp fire 🔥.

Ideal location to bring your horse to explore Mt Buffalo national park. Horses to be kept in yards provided for $10 per horse per night.

If you are one group please don’t book separate camp sites. Camps sites can have upto 20 adul on them. Teenagers 13 and over to pay $25 per night

This campsite offers toilet amenities (no shower), a dedicated firepits. All pets need to be previously organised by message.

If you are after total peace and quite please don’t book Christmas ,Easter or long weekends . Off peek during the week is very quite.

Located approximately 3 hours from Melbourne, this property is within a short range of the snowfields andthe bike trails around Bright and Beechworth.

Experience the local wineries, the Milawa cheese factory and Lake Buffalo. Explore the breath-taking scenery while walking, cycling or paddling through.

We are just an hour from Mt Hotham and Mt Buffalo for ski season.

Kielock Homestead

Kielock Homestead is a unique farm stay experience located centrally in the beautiful Kiewa Valley Victoria where you can camp right on the bank of the Kiewa River.&nbsp;Some of the activities available include fishing, swimming, bush walking, bird and animal watching and bike riding. If you choose you can join in on farm activities such as feeding the animals, &nbsp;collecting eggs and planting/harvesting fruit and vegetables. We have a small market garden available where you can pick and purchase seasonal fresh produce, alternatively vegetable boxes and eggs are available by arrangement and delivered right to your campsite.&nbsp;Within the 200 acres of the property you will find it is home to many animals including kangaroos wombats platypus possums, bats and many bird and marine species. The main fish in the river are &nbsp;trout and cod so if you would like to try your luck fishing this is the place for you.Some of the surrounding towns include Mt Beauty (20 mins), Yackandandah (30 mins), Bright (50 mins), Beechworth (50 mins) Falls Creek (60 mins) with the border towns of Albury and Wodonga only 50 mins away. These beautiful towns contain an array of boutique wineries, craft breweries, bakeries and cafes, or you can choose to follow a farm gate food trail.The area also provides opportunities to go horse-riding, bike riding on one of the many rail trails or be adventurous on the mountain bike tracks at Falls Creek in the warmer months with snow sports in winter. The surrounding mountain ranges offer numerous famous 4wd trails or you might like to try your hand at panning for gold.This is a working farm and our animals are our family. They are very friendly but only know us and not you so please do not enter their homes without us, but feel free to talk to them over the gates. Be aware that all fences are electric and are switched on at all times.&nbsp;There is a dedicated communal campfire area for use when fire restrictions permit and we request that no additional fire pits are created during your stay.&nbsp;As this is a working property we are unable to accommodate your pets. For biosecurity reasons there is a strict No Pet policy.&nbsp;We look forward to greeting you upon arrival and showing you to your campsite.

Jackaleah Farm Stay - Camping

Incredible central and private location, set back off the Snow Road in Oxley, Northeast Victoria, boasting natural riverplain terrain with diverse ecology, lagoons and rivers onsite. There is plenty to do in the area from wineries to walking tracks, snow fields to breweries, not to mention renowned Brown Brothers Winery and the Milawa Cheese Factory, just down the road. 

There are tracks from your campsite that link to the sealed bike path which joins Wangaratta, Oxley and Milawa townships together.  Then only a short walk, bike or scooter ride and you are at Miranda Winery, King River Cafe or Oxley Park (with playground and BBQ).  There is also a communal swimming hole (King River) at the Stan Allen Reserve just before the Oxley Park.  This is particularly great for the campsites that, although are perched on the banks of the King River, don’t have their own designated swimming hole.  Also a key feature is, the irrigation during summer months keeping campsites green all year round as well as the natural lagoons to paddle in with the kayak.  

If you are a keen fisherman, the King River is known for Cod and if you have booked one of the southern most sites you will be able to paddle up the river in a kayak fishing, (kayak not supplied). 

There are no toilets available onsite and campers must be self-contained keeping in mind, there are toilet facilities at the Oxley Park. Pets are welcome but, must be contained within your site as there are livestock and other campers to consider.

For more accuate information pertainnig to each site check out the specific listings/sites.  Some sites are set up for group bookings and others for couples with pricing to match.  If you have a large event in mind and wish to book out the entire farm, please reach out for further discussions.  If you are booking a group site and expect to have more than 10 people, but you don't know exact numbers, just put the booking in for 10 people and you can finalise the numbers with me a few days before.

This gumtree is estimated to be around over 500 years old. These giants are a wonderful feature on the farm. 

With the generous amount of firewood given, we stayed up all night and watched clouds move past the stars. 

Willowood


150 acres of river flats with beautiful big gums, lagoons and 1km length of ovens river frontage.

 A beautiful grassy, shaded area with stunning views, privacy and seclusion. The site has a lovely sweeping bend that has water that's suitable for families to swim in with some shallow water for littlies to paddle in.  There is also some lovely sand for the kids to play in. Locally you are in the middle of the two famous valleys which offer some amazing gourmet experiences. You are within minutes from the King valley or the ovens Valley. And 50mins from Bright with all the beautiful towns and attractions on the way. You're spoilt for choice in this location for wineries, restaurants, berry farms. Famous town of Beechworth is only 30mins. Ideal location if you feel like leaving the magic camp ground that will provide you with a real sense of peace and relaxation with not a building in sight.

River Gum Paddock

A Wild paddock with a couple of friendly old goats.  There are some grassy open spaces and some more bushy areas full of River Gum’s. 

Situated on 3 acres of land it has easy access from the road and clean water supply. 

The property is located five minute walk to Wangaratta’s riverside cafes, restaurants and the beautiful  Ovens and King rivers.
