Surrounded by lovely gardens, bird life, river frontage Which is flooded at the moment, but you can still walk down and check out the high waters. The View is 4 km from Paringa and 9 km from the main town of Renmark on the Murray River. There is a bus service that can take you into town stopping me off at many local attractions including Wilkadene the Woolshed Brewery. If choosing to drive down to the river you will need all-wheel drive , 4 wheel drive, or front wheel drive ------------------- Rivershack is located in beautiful garden surroundings on the Murray river in Paringa. Located just 4 km from the beautiful town called Renmark. Just a short walk 200 meters down to your very own riverbank, speedboats welcome, canoe for hire lots of wildlife, koalas, echidnas, lots of bird life, fishing allowed, campfire in winter. The guests will have access to the beautiful garden area with all BBQ facilities, (please note there is no oven or stove in the shack) small back yard for your furry friends, pets allowed inside, also a short walk down to your very own riverbank about 200 meters which has a campfire and bbq plate for cooking, speedboats welcome and canoe hire. We also have two mini ponies Boo and Lady. We also have Riley the tame sheep and his girlfriend the black-faced sheep The Rivershack is close to the very famous woodshed brewery Wilkadene just 10 km away, and can also go by boat. Lovely bedroom the Rivershack is situated on the Murray River in paring sleeps up to 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children) The Rivershack is about 200 meters from the riverbank, you can walk down or drive, the road is only really suitable for 4WD, all-wheel drive, and front wheel drive.

My family and I absolutely loved camping out in our caravan right next to the water and waking up to the sunrise each morning reflecting off of the cliff faces of the Murray River. Our host Susan was lovely and very informative of the area amd even let us borrow a small row boat to explore the lagoon with.

There was a large variety of bird life around. It was a lovely secluded spot, our dogs enjoyed paddling in the water and running around playing. Caught some fish and fed them to the pelicans. Very relaxing, look forward to visiting again in the future

Went away for a relaxing weekend and got exactly that! Friendly host, perfect camp-site riverside, the only sounds were the birdlife and frogs. Boys fished, I birdwatched and the dogs lived their best life exploring as the property is completely fenced. We even had a kangaroo come to observe us at the fence. Perfect weekend away and have already booked our return trip! Thankyou Susan for sharing your property with us 😊

Tipsy Hill is the perfect place to camp with your dog. Private fenced site with a small jetty ideal for fishing and swimming and not having to keep your dog on a leash. The hosts are very nice and leave you to do your own thing.

Beautiful spot to stay, the access to the river was great. Our dogs absolutely loved it, only downside it is lots of prickles so have been picking those out ever since. Driveway is quite steep heading down and out, keep in mind for larger caravans (we got out alright but could have been an issue if it was too wet etc) Absolutely recommend if you have some nice weather and love a fish!

Such a peaceful and lovely spot to spend time with our doggo being able to have her safely off lead meant she got to enjoy the weekend as much as we did. We will definitely be back.
