You are welcome to walk through and explore the paddocks containing the creek line. Do not drive across the creek - walking and bicycles only.
Please do not feed the wildlife or the cattle and practice leave no trace camping. For stays longer than one night campers must bring a portable chemical toilet. Use only the firepit provided and comply with current fire danger restrictions. Some firewood may be available next to the firepit but please bring your own firewood if intending to have a fire as this can't be guaranteed.

Camping at Kangaroo Creek was lovely! Thomas met us upon arrival and told us about his beautiful land (and his adorable cows!). He was really nice and let us explore the grounds.
The camp spot was private, quiet and was great for pitching our tent. We even saw a couple of kangaroos and a lot of cockatoos! The drive there was easy with a 2WD.
We would definitely go back, and I can recommend it to everyone regardless of camping style!

Very convenient location if visiting the northern side of Adelaide. Golden Grove, Salisbury and Elizabeth are less than 15 minutes away.
Helen and her husband were very accommodating, they have their own dump point and there is a fire pit you can use outside of fire ban season.
Starlink had good visibility to the sky and our small dogs had room to run.
Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at campsite 1 , all sites are very pretty. Very well maintained & sheltered by a nice avenue of gums. The property has a pond full of frogs & ducks. Plenty of wildlife to make you feel like you are out in the country. Not 30 minutes from the CBD.

Lovely host and lovely spot to relax or set yourself up for all the wonders of Adelaide Hills. It's in an extremely central and safe location for all Adelaide Hills has to offer. The scenery is just beautiful and serene. We were lucky enough to see a koala in the trees behind our van which was just so special. Helen was even kind enough to help us with emptying our loo too.

Helen & Linday's RV park is on their working, rural property, with a half dozen adjacent sites in a purpose laid out area.
The location is convenient for access to Gawler for Bunnings, Woolworths etc, as well as to Adelaide for car/ van servicing etc. Can imagine day trips to the Barossa, Adelaide Hill wineries.
Helen & Lindsay were most hospitable, offering firewood, coffee at Helens roadside kiosk and helping dispose of some decluttering from our van. Can recommend.

We had a beautiful outlook of a big grand old gum tree .
The grassed site ( dry at the moment due to the drought) though not too dusty was quite spacious for us .
Hosts were very helpful .
Coffee van at entrance to property selling drinks and toasties on weekdays makes great coffee !
The gate with passcode was good knowing our van was secure when we were away .
We would love to stay here again.
