Port Germein is the gateway to the wonderful Flinders Ranges and you will have full exclusivity to over 50 acres of prime property. 

Located minutes away from the water and great for fishing and crabbing. Easy access to major highways. 

4WD access required for sites as there are no roads or tracks to the block. 
​Guests are required to have their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure.

Great place to get away from it all yet close to major towns and amenities. Home to the Longest Jetty in Australia.

Set with a back drop of deep gorges and high mountain ranges & looking towards pristine waters of Spencer Gulf, 'Catninga' is the perfect choice to give you a taste of the Flinders Ranges. 

We have stunning bush camping options, 'on site caravan' or our B&B (view separate listings to book these).

Many hiking trails and nature walks. Farm animals to see and feed (please ask hosts before approaching any farm animals).

Bush Camping

Private bush campsites located on the banks of the River Red Gum studded creek. Stunning scenery and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy our billion star camping accommodation. Private long drop toilet available at each campsite.

Many hiking trails and nature walks. Farm animals to see and feed (please ask hosts before approaching any farm animals).

Rocky River Off-Grid

This campsite is mostly flat with the Rocky River running through my property, surrounded with river gum trees and plenty of bird life including kookaburras and Corellas. 

The property is fairly central to the localities of Laura, Stone Hut, Wirrabara, Melrose and Wilmington. Port Pirie is about 50km away if you need any major conveniences or supplies.

You will need to be self-contained with your own camping toilet/shower and drinking water supply. We grow veggies on our land - if you would like some for your campfire dinner please ask me. Campfires are allowed.

Dogs welcome.

Vagabond Panorama Camp

Vagabond Panorama Camp offers something truly special. Set your rig up and kick back at our hilltop campsites, with stunningly beautiful panoramic views of the Flinders Ranges and Spencer Gulf. 

The location is hard to beat. Fantastic for swimming, kayaking and fishing, with a nearby boat ramp. There's also a community garden and public BBQs close to camp, as well as a sandy beach with mangroves, and a walking track that takes you around the island. 

Campers must be self-contained as we don't have toilet or shower facilities. You'll have access to water onsite. And you're welcome to bring your pet along! 

Town is just 10-minute drive away for your essentials.

Katz Retreat

Welcome to Katz retreat -  a church, old renovated church school for a BnB, glamping ground currently under construction, farm animals, goats, chickens and sheep, more variety to move in.

The property is close to North and South Flinders rangers and the Mount Remarkable, and stream train country. A evolving business to include parking for caravans.

Visit the flinders ranges north and south, see country SA, great sunsets, farm animal experience, coal train visits, see operational small farm townships, nearby country pubs, close to multiple small towns.
