We have 80 acres of farm, approximately 15 minutes from town. Our campsites are located in a paddock on our farm, perfect for off grid self contained campers. Access to campsites is Via Brown Road, not Caroline Road. Please see directions once booking is made.
We are not far from The Blue Lake, The little blue is also close by, and is perfect for swimming in summer. The Umpherston Caves is literally just down the road, and is wonderful for a picnic, or on dusk feeding the possums.
Sites are approx 20m x 20m, lined with trees, perfect for pitching a tent, parking a van, camper trailer, RV, or even a bus! You can even bring your boat!
We are only 25 minutes away from Port MacDonnell, put your boat in, go fishing or just enjoy the beach.
One van/tent per site (unless negotiated prior). Our sites are all located in a back paddock, it's quiet and peaceful. We have sites available to cater for RVs, vans and tents.
Must be self-contained (no facilities provided, must dispose of waste at approved dumpsites in town), take your rubbish with you; dogs are welcome if they are friendly and well behaved.

Camper trailers, rooftop tents, and small campervans are suited to the Shady 1 and Shady 2 sites. These two sites are nestled amongst beautiful gums. Caravans and large motorhomes are suited to The Paddock site. The Paddock is an open site near the tourist shop. Perfect for larger set ups and great for solar.
You are free to watch the camels in the paddock from behind the fenceline. If you are after a more up and personal experience with the beautiful beasts, you can book a Morning Milking Tour or a Camel Safari in our electric buggy. Book these experiences on the website www.humpalicious.com.au.
Robe Camel Farm is a very relaxed environment. We will be carrying on daily jobs such as camel feeding, building, training etc. Guests are welcome to participate in daily farm life if they choose to!

Traditional, ancestral territory of the Boandik First Nations people. We are situated on a quiet country road. This camp site is a fenced two-acre paddock surrounded on the east, south and west sides with revegetation of local native trees, shrubs and grasses.
This area is a fabulous star gazing location with a clear and un-obstructed horizon. The historical Centenary Tower and Crater Lakes can be seen from the campsite.
Campfires and firewood available. Firewood available on request ($10/bag at 10kg includes kindling). Pets welcome but we request they're on lead for safety of your pet.
Bryton Wood campsite is only 7min drive to the heart of Mt Gambier, 20min to the coast and beaches, and 30min to the Glenelg River in western Victoria.

Our property is located in Canuda, the terrain is hilly with several clear, flat spots good for camping. The entire 33 acres is available for you to explore on a nature walk.
Any clear area within the boundary is available to camp in but a site needs to be booked and I will suggest an appropriate location.
Being a declared scrub block it is undisturbed and snakes are present but if you leave them alone they will mind their own business.

I loved the camping at Pine Ridge. First of all, I would like to complement Natasha for her amazing communication and flexibility with check in. Amazing!!!!
Secondly, receiving all email with directions to find the place. It makes sense and so easy to navigate. Camping sites are very clearly coloured according which one you booked. Fantastic idea to separate them using round hay bales which at the same time gave us a bit of privacy. Far enough from busy roads and quiet enough to enjoy birds, cows and nature. Very close distance to Mount Gambier, just around 8 minutes drive and all attractions are on the front of you.
If I will be back in Mount gambier, definitely I will get in touch with Natasha again. 10/10.

What a fantastic stay! Tara-Jae and her husband were extremely welcoming and Shady 2 was an excellent camp site. Tucked off of the main track in its little nook, we felt like we were in the middle of the bush. We also went on the camel feeding safari which was so fun! Their dog Max was also super friendly and came to visit us regularly as we had 2 dogs with us. Along with camels we got to see peacocks, a horse and donkey, chickens and a wallaby! We will definitely stay here again as we thoroughly loved it! Thank you Tara-Jae 😊

Great little spot for our first ever hipcamp!
Kids named the Highland cow Jeff and found him quite friendly.
Lovely large open space and hay bales to climb and ride bikes around for kids, I'd just suggest you double check the COLOUR SITE you choose because this is the booking system! We seen a few people park and set up to then need to move (we arrived and had someone in our site too) some campers said they only seen a site number on their booking.... I can assure you the sites are set by COLOUR not numbers and it's clearly labelled on the booking and on the poles at each site - orange post are behind the fallen tree which can be used for fire wood.

What a wonderful place! So peaceful, the landscape seems to absorb noise. We fully enjoyed the natural bush, observing several echidnas, rabbits, signs of wombats and listening to a chorus of different birds during our stay. We saw the 2 resident wedge tail eagles, so majestic. From the back perimeter of the property we had a stunning view of the coastline and we could hear the crashing surf from our campsite.
Martin was pleasant, helpful and very easy to get along with.
We hope to return to this tranquil gem of a place ❤️

We loved our time at Pine Ridge. The owners were so lovely and the additional and effort to experience feeding animals was wonderful for the kids. The sites were huge and the added hay bales in the paddock were an additional bonus for the kids to climb and explore, as well as adding some privacy. We highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Pine Ridge. We were only meant to stay for a night but decided to book another one. Were able to leave the van and go explore Mount Gambier and all its beauty. Owners were so friendly, they invited us up to meet and feed there miniature goats and we also got to see their incredible collection of birds 😍 and not to forget the haybales that kept the kids entertained for hours. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back if ever in the area again.
