The Scrub Campsite located in remnant vegetation (14 minutes from Victor Harbor ) is a rustic self check in campsite as the owners do not reside near the campsite. Campers choose their site in the designated camp spots. Sites are not allocated unless by prior arrangement. Persons under 18, youth groups, school groups or scout groups etc. are not permitted to book at the campsite. A communal camp kitchen, water tanks and compost toilet is available for campers use. Fire pits are located at each site. Campers will be advised of fire bans. Wood can be purchased from the self service white ibc container for $15 for 20kgs. Please adhere to the camp rules which are posted at each campsite. The campsite is located on the Heysen Trail and close to many Lower Fleurieu Peninsula beaches and attractions. The popular Belicious Cafe is a 45 minute walk. Whole campsite bookings can be made by contacting the owners. We ask that campers respect all other campers, the land that they are camping on and follow the campers motto - Leave nothing but your footprints. Once booked you will receive a text outlining the camp policies and instructions.

Campsites are located on level grassy area. Flushing toilets, fire pit and firewood available. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for small and larger groups. Please note that our property has work dogs who live nearby and love to visit guests. When you arrive there is a map located on the right hand side of the driveway entrance with the sites marked. You are welcome to find your site get comfortable. We will welcome you at some stage! Please contact us if you'd like to book for more guests than listed and we will do our best to accommodate. Campground has shared facilities and respect of each other and the land is critical. We are a leave no trace site, which means everything you bring in you must take with you, which includes rubbish and broken things. The park is named after our beloved first granddaughter, Mackenzie, who her Poppy affectionately nicknamed "Bunny". Just as her father cherished this part of the property, Mackenzie, along with her younger sister today, grew up enjoying this special spot. Following a flood in the creek one day, Mackenzie excitedly pointed out what appeared to be a pristine, white sandy beach, and so the name Bunny Beach was born!

Excellent communication and information from Neil and Deb. The property was easy to find and just stunning. Lots level areas to park, with plenty of space between campers (if everyone is considerate that is). Great spaces to catch solar and handy for all things to see on the peninsula. We had a full day driving to the west coast via Yankalilla (fab kebabs and fish n chips), then a lovely walk at Second Valley and plenty of other stops. Another day head east to Goolwa, Middleton (fab bakery) and Port Elliot. 7 minutes from Victor Harbour and you could spend a day there too. I would recommend Bunny Beach over a caravan park for the space and peaceful location. Thanks Deb and Neil.

Was greeted in the distillery less than a 2-minute walk from the campsite. Very clean toilet close to the camps (30 second walk) and more at the distillery. Camp site is a private, large space on grass and good soil for tents, with a fire pit and beautiful views of highland cows, sheep, fields and hills. Distillery offers meals and a great, comfortable place to sit and watch the sunset and the cows with a warm fire. We will 100% be returning and all agree that it has been our favourite stay in SA. 10/10 ✨🐮

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful spot. It was such a peaceful location, Rob was really welcoming and there was a mix of feeling off grid but also having some facilities nearby if we wanted to use them. The fire pit was a nice touch as well. We only had a couple of days but felt like we could spend a week there.
