Camp Coodlie is a unique, dark sky off-grid bush camping experience on South Australia’s spectacular West Coast Eyre Peninsula. Spread across 500 acres of native coastal bushland, with Bortle-Rated Class-1 Dark Skies, this eco-friendly campground is the perfect place to relax, unplug and reconnect with nature.
Guests can choose from spacious unpowered dispersed campsites or stay in one of our rustic, timber-framed swag huts that are each tucked among native vegetation for privacy and immersion in the bush. And at night, enjoy the breath-taking stars overhead, thanks to the exceptionally unpolluted dark skies.
Camp Coodlie is ideally located for exploring the natural beauty of the Eyre Peninsula. We’re just a short drive from the stunning Talia Caves, The Tub, and Talia Beach, known for the Great Australian Bight cliffs and geological formations. Also nearby are Venus Bay and Port Kenny, where you can fish, swim, or launch your boat. Mount Camel Beach and Lake Newland Conservation Park offer more opportunities for beachcombing, photography and wildlife encounters.
We are proudly TICSA Sustainable Tourism and Eco-Star Accredited, and our facilities reflect this commitment. Amenities include composting toilets, bucket-style hot water bush showers, and a solar-powered camp kitchen with a 6-burner cooktop, grillers, and a hot water sink. The kitchen seats up to 80 people. A communal fire pit is available when permitted. Recycling and compost bins are also provided.

Our property is located in the town of Fountain, 24kms from Port Lincoln. We are a hobby farm that is set amongst the gum trees and have large spacious sites for you to relax and enjoy. On a clear night, the stars are amazing.
We are only a 15 minutes drive from Coffin Bay and its fresh seafood, stunning beaches, fishing and water activities. There are National Parks within easy reach where you can enjoy 4Wdriving, hiking and swimming.
Guests are welcome to bring their horses with them for the duration of their stay. Please contact the host beforehand if you would like to bring your horse so we can prepare. We have great horse facilities, including a large sand arena, round yard, yards and places to ride, including a beautiful beach not far from here.
Those who would like to come to relax and enjoy peace and serenity are also very welcome. We have a communal fire pit available to use outside of fire restrictions and other pets are also welcome.
Campers must be fully self-sufficient with their own camp toilet and must take all waste with them on departure.

Annette’s Great Views farm stay. Great Views is an understatement, it’s an AWESOME view stretching across the marina proper bay national parks sea views, only a few minutes from the city ❤️
Entrance has a little farm shop featuring Annette’s award-winning homemade jams and relishes, water, soft drinks, juices, homegrown, chemical-free organic fruit and veg, free range chicken eggs and duck eggs, too.
There are horses, ducks, chickens, geese, kittens, cats and two dogs that protect the chickens free ranging around the farm.
Don’t be afraid of the big white fluffy dogs Angie, and Marli they are friendly, marinas .
There is a friendly Rspca drop in some 12 years ago a brown dog with a pink collar, Skyler.
They’re all very well-trained, extremely friendly dogs and great with children.
66 acres of wide grassy land that overlooks Proper Bay, Boston bay and the Marina, ample space for caravans, cars, vans, busses, and camping.
There are amenities, a toilet, shower and camp kitchen. Not included in fully self contained $20 price

My partner and I have stayed at Parrara View previously, a few years back, and this is a place we will always choose to stay when coming to Port Lincoln. The hosts, Kerri and Ant, are genuinely lovely people and have created a beautiful, welcoming property. Since our first visit, the grounds now include shower and toilet facilities, which—while we didn’t personally need them—are a fantastic addition and show the care and thought they put into improving the stay for guests. The setting is peaceful, well maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We can’t recommend Parrara View highly enough and look forward to staying again.

Firstly the hosts Paul and Chris went above and beyond. Very generous with their time. The campsites were great, good size and very quite location. The highlight was the showers. Fill a bucket lift it up and done. Cool refreshing wash. ( warm water available from camp kitchen if not keen on a cold wash) but we loved it.

Great spot here not far at all from Port Lincoln. You can see the ocean from camp which is really nice. Well maintained camp sites with good amenities. Kerri-Ann has been very friendly and accommodating! Definitely recommend this spot!

Loved my stay here. The view overlooking the town and bay is amazing. The dogs, chooks, geese, sheep and roo's all looked so happy. Annette and Pete are legends. The farm shop had heaps of yummy eggs, fresh produce and even ready-to-eat meals and preserves. Will definitely stay here again next time :) Ben

We had a lovely stay at camp sugar gum. We had toilets and showers which was fabulous after our long travels. Beautiful views of rolling hills, vines and even the ocean. Being only 12 minutes from Port Lincoln also was a plus.

Fantastic site overlooking Port Lincoln Bay. Stunning views! Very large sites, hay bales as wind break and the great communications starting the week before I arrived culminating in interactions with both hosts made for a fantastic stay. The offer to fill water tanks on arrival set the scene for a very welcoming environment.
I highly recommend this site for self contained campers.

We loved our 2 night stay in an open paddock with views of the ocean in the distance and the vineyards to our right. It was so peaceful we were lucky to have the place to ourselves. Close to Port Lincoln. Directions were clear and easy to find the place. Great communication from host. Highly recommend.
