Palm Cove follows the natural curves of the Murrumbidgee River for 1.6km and is located 20km North West of Wagga Wagga on the Old Narrandera Road. Set up for the aquatic enthusiasts, Plam Cove has a concrete ramp and has fantastic access for almost all of the 1.6km of river frontage. So you can bring a boat or pop a line in from the river bank with ease. BYO kayaks or you are welcome to use the 2 that are here. You can take a stroll along the river bank if you like bush walking or just relax around the Gazebo area where the manicured park-like grounds lead to a little sandy beach. With beautiful views up and down the river, this is one of the Riverina's best river properties which we would love to share with Hip Campers.

It features many historical buildings such as the shearing shed, shearers' quarters, and stables. It's the perfect place fish, relax or camp. There is a place to load your boat and enjoy some fishing.
The township of Darlington Point is located 15 - 20 minutes drive away.
There are two options for you to enjoy this beautiful property.
The River Cabin:
We have a modern, fresh cabin that can accommodate up to 2 guests, with the option of a further 6 guests to camp near it where they'll be able to use the cabin as a base, and will have access to power and water.
Self-contained camping:
Hyde Park: We have a beautiful open area to camp along the Murrumbidgee River, which is fantastic for a group of self-contained campers. Plenty of room, open country and riverside fun. One booking at a time, so you have this entire area to yourselves. All campers here must be self-contained with their own camp toilet, power and drinking water.
Mossy's Beach : A more secluded spot featuring a beautiful sandbar which is fantastic for a group of self-contained campers. One booking at a time, so you have this entire area to yourselves. All campers here must be self-contained with their own camp toilet, power and drinking water.
All options are very private from one another, so you are assured your own space.
This is a working mixed-farming operation and so, there will be usual farming activity around the property which may include, vehicles mustering, motorbikes, irrigation pumps in use etc.
Pets are welcome but MUST be supervised at all times and must be contained at night.

We are a horse training and agistment facility located 6-minutes from the township of Leeton.
The farm oozes rustic charm, with an old shearing shed and homestead set on 50 acres of totally flat, rural land, ideal for camping!
Be prepared to be warmly greeted by the resident dogs and cats. If you're keen, there is the opportunity to pat the donkey, 'Fargo'. The property also has numerous birds including pelicans visit.
As a working equestrian facility, you are invited to watch horse riding lessons and horses being trained. Riding lessons are available on request.
The property features a serene walking track in the back paddock , with a backdrop of sheep.

I don't think we could have found a better spot to spend 2 nights.
The river gums are huge and the lawns under them are beautifully maintained.
CSU and Estella shops are a short drive.

Our extended family stayed out at Mossy's Beach for 3 days and 2 nights and had a great relaxing reset by the Murrimbidgee. Perfect secluded camp-site right on the banks of the river. Great fishing also. Our host Anna was responsive and super helpful. Definitely recommend!

It was our first time doing an off grid stay in our caravan and it was the perfect spot to do so! We were lucky enough to have a massive space to ourselves, which was well taken care of. Our two kids had a blast as well. Would definitely come back again!!

Camping at palm cove on the murrumbidgee was beautiful. We cooked camp ovens on the fire and paddled kayaks and paddleboards on the river. We watched the sunset and enjoyed the spring days sun watching birds during the day and possums at night.
Nandine and her husband were lovely and checked we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
Would definitely stay again.
We were 2 families with kids aged 4-10.
Note *This spot wouldn't be ideal if your kids can't swim or don't have any river sense as keeping them away from the river would be very hard.
