376 hectare operating dairy farm next to Biamanga National Park with access via secret 4WD track to the mountain and 22km to Brogo Dam for bass fishing. Brogo Dam is excellent location for a swim and to take your dogs for a walk or swim. 16.5 kms to shopping centre of Bega. & 34 km to Tathra beach. The property has eucalyptus forest, rainforest gullies, fresh mountain water and abundant wildlife include bellbirds and lyrebirds. The campsite is at the original 1908 selection block by the late John Pearce (one of the first settlers in the area) and has extensive views. in dry weather you can get here in 2WD towing a small camper trailer. There is a steep hairpin bend so I do not recommend caravans with 2WD vehicles (4WD vehicle and caravan could handle this). If you have queries regarding access check photos in gallery or please ask me. Flushing toilet on site. Dogs permitted. Good telephone and internet reception. Ideal for flying your new drone.

Bunga Surf Shack is located 20m from our house we are completing building in mid-2025. It is private from our house with a seperate driveway. The property is coastal farmland, half wooded, half cleared, distant neighbours and nearby National Parks. Great surf beaches including Bunga Point, Cuttagee and Aragunnu all close by. There are numerous coastal lagoons, Biamanga and Mimosa Rocks National parks. We have a large dam at the entrance to the property. The township of Bermagui is 15 minutes drive north; Tathra and Bega are 30mins south. There is an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, goannas, echidnas, eagles, wombats. You can enjoy whale watching, diving, swimming, surfing and walking coastal tracks from here. As well there is an abundance of great food available with Wapengo Organic oysters just down the road, Mimosa Winery close by and numerous cafes, pub, restaurants, sourdough bakery, woolworths, bottleshop etc in the gorgeous coastal village of Bermagui. Mobile phone and internet coverage is good with Telstra, not as reliable if you are with Optus. Lovely place to switch off from your device if possible though. If you require firewood please select this in the extras or leave $20 cash per nights supply as we do have to chop, split and deliver this to the site. There is plenty of kindling to scavenge on site. If you would like to have friends stay with you there is additional space we allow for campers, otherwise we do not allow campers without the Surf Shack booking. Please be respectful of neighbours, drive slowly for wildlife, and no flying of drones over private land. Thanking you.

Weekend Trip to Sapphire Coast Dairy-Homestead

Camping at The Dairy (site 1) at Sapphire Coast Dairy was a glorious experience for our party of five adults. Beautiful views in all directions. Norm and Narelle welcomed us warmly and provided information about the property and the area. We had fun driving the 4WD track up to the road that takes you to the falls and two of our group explored the walking track up the hill. The facilities in the shed were appreciated including hot showers and the outdoor bathtub with the most amazing vista. We enjoyed every moment and will be back to explore more of this beautiful region.

Weekend Trip to Sapphire Coast Dairy-Homestead

My partner, myself and our 3 small dogs camped here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We set up camp on top of a hill and had extensive views of the property! We enjoyed watching the cows graze and listening to the bird song. We woke up early to watch the sun rise while we soaked in the outdoor bath. There is also the option of a hot outdoor shower!! The directions norm gave were clear and there was plenty of signage directing us to the camps. Norm saw us driving through the cows and called us on arrival, he came to say hello ant our site and gave us a run down of the facilities. There is a flushing toilet, a basic kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridge, an indoor rustic shower and outdoor dining with tv, games and a speaker. There’s also a fire pit here which we didn’t use due to the warmer weather. During the day we visited Tathra beach and Brogo Dam, both dog friendly locations and only 30 min drive from camp. We will definitely be back, thanks Norm!

Absolutely stunning. This place is a must do if in the area. Located close to Bega makes seeing the town very easy. We had the luck of being the only ones here during our 3 nights and would happily have stayed longer. The camp is located all by itself on the property making it feel truly secluded, with an amazing outlook over the property. Stayed 2 nights at the homestead nestled up on top of a hill. Amenities were fantastic which included power warm showers microwave and prepping area. The views of the Bega valley were amazing. Fantastic spot.

Such an absolutely incredible majestic camping spot Norm and Narelle have created. Stunning views to the valley and national park, rolling green fields, a choir of bird life , outdoor tub and firepits and amenities. We were spoilt staying here. I’ve stayed here three times now, and this time I brought my family. it never disappoints. The property has such a peaceful, freeing atmosphere that instantly helps you unwind. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the stay even more special. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and it’s the perfect place to escape from busy city life. Sleeping under the stars here is magical , you won’t find a better spot for it. I loved the outdoor bath under the sky, and the hot showers were a great comfort after a day spent exploring. Being on a working dairy farm added to the charm. Watching the cows and soaking in the quiet rhythm of farm life was so grounding. Their friendly dog, Bailey, even came up last night and sat with me in my swag, such a sweet and comforting moment. To top it off, we made s’mores by the fire, with the smell of wood smoke in the air. It doesn’t get much better than that. Can’t wait to come back again.

Staying at Norm’s place was nothing short of magical. Set on a beautiful, rolling green hilltop, the farm offers a peaceful retreat with wide-open space perfect for setting up a swag or tent. The highlight? A bath overlooking the hills, with curious cows wandering up to the fence—absolute bliss! Norm and his family were incredibly warm and hospitable, making me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The setup was incredibly thoughtful, with everything you could need—clean showers, toilets, access to power, water, and even a fridge. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating this special space. I felt so privileged to stay here and be part of such a serene and stunning environment. Thank you, Norm, for sharing your little slice of paradise with the world. I’ll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this camp! The scenery is stunning, the facilities were wonderful, from the hot showers to the bath and fire pits and even the kitchen we can’t rate it more highly. Norm, narelle and Tom gave us An amazing farm tour and our kids saw cows being milked and a calf being born. We ate some of narelles delicious baking which was such a sweet surprise We used the 4x4 trails off the back of the property to explore fire trails that took us to heaps of near by towns and saw many shooting stars at night. This is a 10/10 camp.
