We are just 15 minutes from beautiful Narooma beach and township where you can find everything you need for your stay. There is also a fire pit available at each site and you can purchase firewood,Let us know what you require and we have it ready for your stay. Pets are welcome but please only let them off-leash if they are friendly and won't disturb other campers. Free Dump points are located at Dalmeny and Moruya. Please note: Whilst we can accept motorhomes and campervans in normal weather conditions, if there has been heavy rain access is effected and these vehicles will struggle to get to the campsites. We will do our best to keep an eye on the weather report, and let you know if we have any concerns. We ask that you kindly do the same.

I have blocked bookings from March 2024 as the area will be a construction zone during the build of our house and shed which are close by to the Bunga Surf Shack and camp sites. Coastal farmland, half wooded, half cleared, distant neighbours and nearby National Parks. Great surf beaches including Bunga Point, Cuttagee and Aragunnu all close by. There are numerous coastal lagoons, Biamanga and Mimosa Rocks National parks. We have a large dam at the entrance to the property. The township of Bermagui is 15 minutes drive north; Tathra and Bega are 30mins south. There is an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, goannas, echidnas, eagles, wombats. You can enjoy whale watching, diving, swimming, surfing and walking coastal tracks from here. As well there is an abundance of great food available with Wapengo Organic oysters just down the road, Mimosa Winery close by and numerous cafes, pub, restaurants, sourdough bakery, woolworths, bottleshop etc in the gorgeous coastal village of Bermagui. Mobile phone and internet coverage is good with Telstra, not as reliable if you are with Optus. Lovely place to switch off from your device if possible though. If you require firewood please select this in the extras or leave $20 cash per nights supply as we do have to chop, split and deliver this to the site. There is plenty of kindling to scavenge on site. Please be respectful of neighbours, drive slowly for wildlife, and no flying of drones over private land. Thanking you.

The land is wrapped by the creek and you can enjoy swimming in clear clean pure water..... (we are clothing optional for swimming). We offer our land that it might nurture and inspire a connection with nature and be a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. Our 6m Mongolian-style yurt is available as a perfect place for meditation. Although the land is generally very peaceful, the nursery across the river may use a water pump for an hour or two. We offer a covered camp kitchen and a composting toilet with a wash sink and filtered drinking water. We have a 40m soccer field, a giant swing, and a swing set for smaller kids. We welcome travelers with well-behaved pets, so long as the pet is kept on a lead or under control at your campsite. We are only 1.2km off the Princes Highway in between the iconic villages of Central Tilba and Cobargo, both 10 mins drive, with great food and shopping. The beautiful local beaches of Mystery Bay and Camel Rock are a 15-minute drive, and Bermagui, with the legendary local "Boneless Vegetarian Cafe", is a 25-minute drive.

There is plenty to do in the coastal town of Bermagui, especially if you love swimming in the ocean, bushwalking in the forest, kayaking in the river, whale watching or bike riding. 2 minutes walk to Mudworks if you like pottery, great coffee and muffins. 5 minutes drive to the beach. 5 minutes drive to the township, with good restaurants, cafes, cocktail bar, boat marina and lots of interesting shops. 10 minutes walk to the rainforest. 20 minutes drive to Central Tilba at the base of Mt Gulaga.

Enjoy the forest trails here on the property, which take you on a tour to our peaceful back dam. Or explore further afield - our place links to both the Tathra-Kalaru bike track and the Bournda National Park, where you can access the Tathra Mountain Bike Trail Network, as well as the secluded coves along the Kangarutha Walking Track. Our property was home to the former and well-loved businesses 'Kangarutha Nursery', and 'On the Perch Bird Park'. We have been busy re-imagining these spaces. We have drinking water, flushing accessible toilets and one hot shower a short walk from the campsites. Our property is dog friendly for well behaved dogs that don't chase wildlife or the horses on our property. No hunting dogs. Campfires permitted when there are no restrictions. You can gather your own wood, or we can prepare wood for you.

This property is on 10 acres on the remote South Coast of NSW in the quiet town of Kioloa near Bawley Point. The Property has a house on it which can also be booked as a site/cabin. There are 2 x 15 amp caravan plug points several metres from the house that can be used for caravans. You will need your own toilet facilities and water for the caravan sites. The suburb has plenty to do and explore: - Surfing - Fishing - Snorkelling - Boat ramps to beach and lagoons - Bush walks through the National Park - Diving - bike paths It has a general store and 2 great cafes open in peak times and weekends, an IGA, a bakery, a liquor store and a newsagent. Its 30mins from both Ulladulla and Batemans Bay, in the middle. These are the closest large towns for supplies, and repairs for caravans and cars.
