2km from Mogo township situated on Mogo creek on 50 plus acres of natural bush mixed with a couple of paddocks where we have a small flock of sheep and a couple of horses. 

Masses of bird life, wallabies and bandicoots.  Surrounded by frog song and on a still night you can hear the lions roaring and monkeys calling at nearby Mogo Zoo.  

Fishing, kayaking, bush walking, mountain biking , shopping and cafes in Mogo.

Figtree Camp @ Mystery Bay

Located a short stroll through the spotted gum forest to the beautiful waters of Mystery Bay beach.  A family-owned and run working beef cattle farm on 100 acres of farmland looking towards Gulaga Mountain. Just a 7 min stroll walk to the beach through the old bush trail, Historic Central Tilba 5 min drive, Bermagui 20 mins and Narooma township 8 mins.Easy access for all types of vehicles and our place suits any type of family-friendly, nature-loving camper, as long as you have your own toilet (no exceptions!) and own water. ☆ No amenities so campers will have to be self-contained with own toilet and leave no trace.☆ Pets considered on request, please enquire and advise breed and number of pets you'd like to bring before booking.☆☆please note, latest fire information-it is safe to visit the area. We have favourable conditions in the coming fortnight. We have not been in the fire zone, there can be a little smoke from time to time however minimal

Kangarutha Farm

Visit Tathra, but stay at Kangarutha, only 2km from the edge of town, and enjoy space, privacy and tranquillity.

We intentionally only have a limited number of campsites on our large property, so that you can enjoy camping in a natural setting away from the crowd.

Our stunning property is comprised of open paddock areas surrounded by large areas of native forests, and we border national park.

Enjoy the forest trails here on the property, which take you on a tour to our peaceful back dam. Or explore further afield - our place links to both the Tathra-Kalaru bike track and the Bournda National Park, where you can access the Tathra Mountain Bike Trail Network, as well as the secluded coves along the Kangarutha Walking Track.

Our property was home to the former and well-loved businesses 'Kangarutha Nursery', and 'On the Perch Bird Park'. We have been busy re-imagining these spaces.

We have drinking water, flushing accessible toilets and one hot shower a short walk from the campsites.

Our property is dog friendly for well behaved dogs that don't chase wildlife or the horses on our property. No hunting dogs.

Campfires permitted when there are no restrictions. You can gather your own wood, or we can prepare wood for you.

Sapphire Coast Dairy-Homestead

         376 hectare operating dairy farm next to Biamanga National Park with access via secret 4WD track to the mountain and  22km to Brogo Dam for bass fishing. 16.5 kms to shopping centre of Bega. & 34 km to Tathra beach.

The property has eucalyptus forest, rainforest gullies, fresh mountain water and abundant wildlife include bellbirds and lyrebirds. 

The campsite is at the original 1908 selection block by the late John Pearce (one of the first settlers in the area) and has extensive views.

in dry weather you can get here in 2WD towing a small camper trailer. There is a steep hairpin bend so I do not recommend caravans with 2WD vehicles (4WD vehicle and caravan could handle this). If you have queries regarding access check photos in gallery or please ask me. Flushing toilet on site. Dogs permitted. Good telephone and internet reception. Ideal for flying your new drone.

Site 1 Serengeti Sunrise. Just through the gate, suitable for groups and large vans. Can also accommodate 2 separate  campers. Easy access to lake.


Sunset Point

When you stay at Sunset Point you have lake frontage onto Borang Lake ( 4km from Potato Point), which connects directly with
the Tuross lakes. You are able to launch your own tinny at our private jetty.

A firepit is provided
and you can collect your own wood yourself, or purchase a
$20 a wheel barrow load with your booking.

Wildlife is plentiful here, so please respect the environment and clean up after your self.

There are some amazing local beaches only minutes to Potato point or down the back track 10 minute drive or, ride your pushie or walk (its a bit of a walk) - straight to Blackfellows Point at
Potato Point.

There are lovely walking tracks around the property and lots of fishing, kayaking and just plain lazy days.
Watch the sunrise or walk to the other side of the property and watch the sunset. Watching the moon rise on the lake is quite beautiful.

Launch your tinny and go fishing or simply kayak or lazy around.

The site is dog friendly, but your pet must be well behaved and not aggressive as there may be other campers and pets on the property during your stay.

You may not be right next to each other but please respect other guests.

Just 10 minutes from the charming village of Bodalla, which was
founded on the back of dairy farming and cheese production back in the 1860s.

30 minutes drive either way to the hubs of
Narooma and Moruya.

No barking dogs and no loud music or parties. This is a peaceful getaway. Short car trip to famous beaches where you leave nothing but footprints. It's our secret!

Site 2 NE  Spotted Gum Sunrise  Easy access , dappled shade, amongst the spotted Gums. 3 entrances,very close to lake. 

Site 5 SW Tiggers Sunset. Very open to the south, flooded with afternoon sun, can be quite hot in summer. Magical sunsets.

Pretty View Retreat

Welcome to the magnificent NSW South Coast. We are located close to both Moruya and Narooma, where you will find great seafood and local markets. We are surrounded by crystal clear waterways and beaches, and lucky enough to have beautiful views of Tuross and Coila lakes, as well as the ocean.

Pretty View Retreat sees 
the most sensational sunrises most days. And our hinterland sunsets are pretty good as well.

This campsite is close to beautiful Tuross and Coila lakes and their extensive waterways, and a short drive to
beaches and the
ocean.
Pretty View also offers hinterland views in a country setting.

There is plenty of places for fishing, water skiing, surfing, hiking and biking, with activities being just minutes away.
Enjoy an evening around the campfire (firewood available for camp sites at local price) PM at booking time

This campsite has access to a toilet/shower, filtered drinking water, BBQ and recycling facilities.

Pets on leashes welcome. Refer to site rules and safety
for all pets at time of booking

Don’t even have to get out of bed to enjoy the water views.
