Stargazing @ Moonrise Ranch

I had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing time on Moonrise Ranch. Tons of communal spaces despite having virtually the entire property to myself. The hosts were incredibly attentive and welcoming! I loved laying in the hammocks, checking out the horses, and spending quality time outdoors. Would highly recommend a trip out to the Ranch!

We went camping with a coupe of friends who rented the Huntress tent while we were camping with our trailer. Mary and Kat's property is just amazing! They put a lot of effort in creating a very special place: the communal tent is beautiful, super comfy and has a lot of games for a fun evening, the kitchen has everything you need and more, the bathrooms are super clean and cute and the shower is just paradise after a day of hiking! The Huntress tent is so beautifully decorated, the bed is a real bed and is very comfortable and the deck is just perfect for a morning coffee or a yoga session. It is also very nice to have the horses and the chickens around : ) There are many beautiful hikes right across the property ( We did Cactus Spring trail, loved it!) and the cute village of Idyllwild is a short 30 minutes drive. On top of that, our host was super welcoming (even though we checked in super late) and cool. We will definitely be back !

Great spot! My dog and company loved it! Loved that my dog could roam off leash and we made friends with others staying there! A very memorable Memorial Day Weekend!
