Robin was a super thoughtful host and the island was so quiet, even with other campers in the neighboring site. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the river.

This was our first night of staying in several different hip camp spots over the holiday weekend. It was lovely. So many amenities and well thought out. Robin, the host, is great and full of information. Even though it is close to highway, we didn’t hear any road noise, just the sound of the river. Highly recommend.

Salmon Pool Trail tent campsite
I loved tent camping at Robins land. Beautiful spot and very cute campsite. Robin is an amazing host and is doing a lovely job in making people feel at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful camp site! Huge space, fully shaded, private, quiet, short walk to river, felt like a wilderness retreat, but was only 5 minutes from Walmart. Robin went above and beyond as a host, made sure we had all we needed, helped us to the camp site, even brought us a crab one night - kids were thrilled to break open and eat a crab new experience. Camp site has water and basin for dishes, picnic table, fire pit, and pit toilet. A great place to explore the North East side of Glacier.

It was such a beautiful and peaceful secluded stay! Robin and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They provided so many thoughtful touches, like a picnic table, a “faucet” and wash area for dishes and brushing teeth, as well as a designated spot to use the bathroom. There was also a hammock and camping chairs, which made it extra cozy and relaxing.
Since there was a fire ban during our visit, Robin kindly offered for us to use her propane campfire, which made the evenings feel warm and inviting. The campsite itself is a little walk from the car, so I recommend bringing a wagon if you have one. If not, don’t worry, Robin has one available for guests to borrow, which was super convenient.
Overall, it was the perfect balance of rustic camping with thoughtful amenities. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in nature with kind and generous hosts!
