There’s guaranteed a lil sumthin’, sumthin’ for everyone at Sumner Lake State Park! The park sits along grassy plains that offer spectacular sunset and enough activities to keep you busy from sun up to sun down. Hike along the lakeshore or alongside the watershed and spy some amazing birds while you eat your picnic lunch. Those looking to hunt waterfowl can do so in season, and there are local outfitters nearby. The real action is out on the lake; water skiing, kayaking, sailing, and boating are all at your fingertips. And with camping along the water and boat-in camping, you’re definitely going to want to spend a night out under the stars! With this much variety, you’re gonna have a blast picking which sumthin’ is right for you.
