Hello! Our names are Ricky and Nathan. We own and operate an 80 acre ranch that is great for family's, kids, romantic getaways, and LGBTQIA+ safe. We cannot wait to host you and your group! We're excited to share our property with those who appreciate nature and what seclusion in the mountains has to offer. Located deep in the Cuyama Valley, close to wine country, and booming local vineyards (1.25 hrs past Ojai and 45 minutes past Santa Maria) our ranch promises the getaway experience you've been looking for. The Ranch is 80 acres with majestic mountain views and vast canyons for hiking and trail access. During the spring and summer months imagine sitting in your own personal cowboy pooltub looking up at the stars. Smell the sage and wildflowers in the air while you sip wine. Surrounded by the Los Padres Mountains and located deep within the hidden valley of enchantment, this ranch gives the visitor the high-desert glamping/camping experience of their dreams. For the hikers and explorers out there, the ranch offers trails and within 30 min in every direction there are local trails. . There is a designated area for tent camping and for RV's, Trailers, Vans, and tiny homes (no electric yet for RVs). We also offer glamping sites and all inclusive yurts. The ranch is completely private and secluded, off HWY 166. We welcome all animals, big and small. We are farm! We have pigs, goats, ducks, chickens, turkeys and more!

Wildflower Wonder Glamping Yurt # 2
A well-equipped campsite!
I decided to go camping with my greyhound dog the other weekend and was fortunate to find Cuyama Oaks Ranch, only a short drive from my home. I had driven through New Cuyama several times but hadn't stopped to explore the area. I was not disappointed in my choice to stay in the Happy Go Glamping Yurt # 2. Nate, the owner, communicated with us fully before our arrival. When we arrived, he met us at the front gate, took us to our campsite, showed us around, and answered all our questions. This site was ready for our arrival and offered everything we needed that we didn't bring ourselves. The yurt was clean and comfortable. It even had a heater that we could use at night when it got cold. The ranch is dog-friendly, and my dog enjoyed the numerous walking trails. I would definitely stay at Cuyama Oaks Ranch again!

Wildflower Wonder Glamping Yurt # 1
Nathan was very accommodating, generous, and had good communication. He even shared beautiful tomatoes from his garden with us. The campsite was easy to find and we were immediately met by Nathan to show us around. The campsites each had everything they needed and space between so we appreciated the privacy we felt. The yurt was set up nicely and we had towels, extra blankets, and sleeping pads available. We comfortably fit two people to a bed and two on sleeping pads on the ground. We even appreciated the thoughtfulness of having honey there that we could then use for our tea. We enjoyed the fire pit and the covered kitchen/dining room area. Be prepared for cold in the winter but there was the fire pit outside and propane heaters to move around or have in the yurt. The roosters did not bother us, they added charm! The sunsets and mountains on either side of us were gorgeous to look at! Our stay went by way too quickly. It was a very pleasant get away connecting with our family. We loved staying here!

P is for Puppy Party
Had such a blast camping this weekend with my friends and our 3 dogs for my dogs 10th birthday! The spot was perfectly set up and so cute and the property was beautiful. We loved the dogs were able to be off leash and especially loved the cows!! Not to mention the INSANE sky and mountain backdrop at night. Definitely would come back again!

Howdy Hilltop Camp w/Shower
Nathan was an excellent host! Very attentive and communicates well. The land is very spacious and each campsite has plenty of room to let your pups roam. The petting zoo was a wonderful touch. All in all a fun experience and a great hideaway to unplug. Would definitely recommend for a high desert experience. Thank you Nathan!

A Unique and Cozy Yurt Experience
From the moment we arrived, Nathan was welcoming and attentive. The kids especially loved the chance to collect fresh chicken eggs, adding an authentic touch to our rustic getaway. The yurt itself was a delightful blend of rustic charm and comfort. Admittedly, the weather was a bit on the colder side, but Nathan was prepared for everything. He provided extra blankets and made sure our heating needs were met, ensuring our nights were cozy and comfortable despite the chill. What stood out the most was Nathan's dedication to our experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to assist with any needs or questions we had. His passion for the outdoors and his property was evident and added so much to our stay. Overall, our yurt camping trip was a unique blend of adventure and comfort. Thanks to Nathan, we had a memorable weekend immersed in nature without sacrificing the coziness we enjoy. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something a little different and a lot special
