It was brand overall a very good experience. Angela and her family even surprised us with a campfire a up twice! The only thing I’d mention to other campers is that one of her neighbors across the lake seem to have a loud party on Friday evenings. She was great though.

This was my first camping trip ever and it was perfect! I am not exactly the type for roughing it, but this experience was amazing. Angela was absolutely lovely and her husband Chris was also kind, helpful and accommodating! They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and a great experience. The location is absolutely spectacular and private. There is much to do and see, and it's also perfect if you just need to relax. Highly recommend and we hope to return again!

Angela and Chris have a stunningly beautiful piece of lakefront land. The sauna was a very welcome touch (camping in october!!) and having boats available made our stay extra memorable. We didn’t have a single problem, other than forgetting a can opener, and even then the hosts loaned us theirs! So kind, so welcoming. Their dogs are adorable and friendly too.

Lakefront Forest Camp on Beach Pond
Angela and her beautiful property was beyond what we expected. Her and her family were extremely hospitable and helped us with anything we needed.
The lake and sauna were pristine and our campsite's had everything we needed. HIGHLY recommend staying here.

What a great spot! My first Hipcamp and I was super happy. Beautiful location, great sauna, clean toilet, kayak and swimming in a clear lake, hiking trails right off the property.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lakeside Forest... such a beautiful, relaxing space... gorgeous scenary, a traditional wood-fire sauna, kayaking, fishing and our very own fire pit!
Angela and Chris are amazing hosts! They were very accomodating, working around our schedule - even though they were off on holiday. Thank you for everything and for making us feel so welcome - will definitely return!

Beautiful, serene, peaceful! Loved everything about our stay. Camp site sits on a gorgeous lake with access to kayaks and a canoe. Fire pit was a must at night. One thing is that there was no hot water in the shower. We appreciated the stay overall and definitely would return! Aloha

Wonderful experience all around. the lake is really beautiful and the Sauna is right at the edge of it so you can jump in the water right after your sauna session.
will definitely go back there.

My stay on Beach Pond Lake was wonderful! I felt like I had my own space, while being within easy access to amenities. I very much appreciated the use of the water toys and Angela’s availability for the couple of questions I had. It was kind of like being at campground but with only a few neighbors instead of many! I look forward to hopefully another visit next summer!

Lakefront Forest Camp on Beach Pond
Staying at Beach Pond was such a great start to our camping trip. The site was right on the lake, with a platform provided for our tent which made setup easy. There are kayaks and canoes free to use, along with a sauna right on the lake which is an absolute must. We would love to stay here again; it's a beautiful place with lots to do and wonderful hosts!

This place is terrific. Right on the lake with a beautiful view and inclusive of tons of floaties, kayaks, a paddle board, etc. Site is spacious and clean with amenities like grill, shower, really nice outhouse (which I don't say lightly) and the sauna which is an incredible treat. The host's house is right next door and the small beach is shared so you're not completely alone but we had all the privacy we wanted on our site. Dog friendly. Definitely recommended.

Amazing stay! Loved all the amenities, Chris was more than happy to help when our party had an electrical issue and figured it our right away. Sauna was amazing and so were the views. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful time. The site was well-kept, and the amenities made it feel like a micro-resort! The host family, in all my interactions seemed very welcoming and warm. A big thank you for opening up your little slice of paradise.

Angela’s lakefront campsite is beautiful and a nice get away. Some pros were the canoes/kayaks, lake swimming, and the sauna. Nice view of the lake. Angela was very welcoming and kept things short so we could get to it.
There are two reasons I have mixed reviews regarding the camp site. First, it’s not very private - we knew of 3 other groups of people who were staying here and sharing the same facilities. Angela’s husband (also a host) was ever present on the property - from morning to night it seemed like he was always outside (right by the camp sites). He also used the sauna and lake at the same time as the guests. I found this to be a little strange.
The second problem we had was that the site we set up camp on was right next to the wood-fired sauna. When this was “heating up,” a steady stream of smoke was blowing into our area to the point that we were breathing out smoke! It made us a little worried. This happened several times over the less than 24 hours we were there.
This is a nice lakefront site if you don’t mind the host on site keeping an eye on everything, basically. I would choose the site on the other side (not next to the sauna) to avoid the smoke when it’s heating up.

Location was prettier than the pictures showed. Hosts were very welcoming, and willing to give travel tips. Sauna was great! Will def be back for a longer stay!

My wife and I stayed here six months ago and loved it so we came back for memorial day. It was great! We enjoyed the swimming, water sports, and sauna. I'm sure we'll be back again!

We loved the sauna, and camping right by the lake. There are plenty of people, and dogs, around - but we thought it was worth it for the amenities and scenery.

The property is beautiful and well kept. I would of thought for the price of a tent site the firewood would of been included. The listing is also very deceiving on how private the property is. The site is about 100 feet from the main house, we could see right through their kitchen window. The hosts are very friendly, the sauna and lake are refreshing but we wished there was a little more privacy for the price.

Angela was super nice and helpful. They had canoe and kayaks that let us use it and the wood fire sauna was so good and most fun part there is a small island in the lake that there is swing jumping rope.
