*UPDATE: there's a mini fridge and propane grill.* Sleep amongst a variety of wild and weird creature sculptures in a campsite like no other.  A secluded hilltop property on 5 acres of trees, an easy 20 minute drive to Nashville. We have great sunsets up here on the hill, a peaceful little dead-end road.  The campsite is at corner of our property, tucked just out of sight of our house a couple hundred feet away.

Stay in our camper, a 1963 Shasta, remodeled by us.  We removed all of the old broken camper stuff and it is now a simple, colorful room inside, with a full size bed and some fun funky art from our collection. The accomodations are minimal but functional.  There's electricity, lights and outlets for charging etc.  There's a fan, a campstove, and a cooler for you to use, as well as some cookware and dishes, and press-pot for coffee. There is no indoor plumbing, but a large water jug and bucket for washing up, as well as a container for drinking water (we will provide some fresh drinking water in a glass containter upon arrival but you will be on your own after that)  Well-water is available at a spigot near the camper. An air conditioner is available to keep you cool, and a space heater to warm you up. There's a firepit just outside with plenty of places to sit.

The equally wild and weird outhouse and outdoor shower (with on demand hot water!) is just a few steps down hill in the trees. You can buy supplies and food at a big-box store just a few minutes down the road. There are plenty of places to hike etc out this way, our favorites are Beaman Park, Bells Bend Park, and the Bi-Centennial Bicycle Trail in Ashland City.

What a wonderful little spot !!!! Ultimate privacy surrounded by colorful creations. Super intentional interiors that let your mind wander and creativity brew. Cozy with all the perks. Outdoor shower + outhouse are out of this world! Essentials were all very accessible and the added touches made it an extra special experience. ✨

Such a cool spot! The shower and outhouse set-up was out of this world. Everything, from the creatures to the coffee cups, was intentional and unique. We made a fire, grilled out and listened to classic cassettes when we were relaxing in the camper. I'd go back just for the outdoor shower overlooking acres of lush trees alone! We followed their recommendations (composed in a handy guide) for coffee, hiking and lunch and were not disappointed. We also took a ceramics lesson with Rebecca before heading out of town, highly recommend it :) Thanks to Rebecca and Brett for this cozy experience.

We loved this spot. The Creatures outside and some unique art pieces in the trailer enhance the rustic experience. The outdoor shower with hot water is a great amenity to have while “roughing” it. Bells Bend Park is a beautiful place to hike. There’s a Kroger’s about 20 minutes away. Loved our Lil Shasta trailer!

You have everything you need here at Creature Camp! Water, electricity, and a handful of funky friends!

This spot is perfect for when you want to get away but don't want to go too far; isolated enough to get some deep thinking done, but close enough to the city if you want to grab a quesadilla.

The compostable toilet honestly changed my life, and I'm sad to have returned home to my water-guzzling version of this amenity!! Thank you Brett and Rebecca for fostering the beautiful simplicity of life, hope to visit again soon!
