Don't book if you might need to cancel & are on the road. Cancellation by email only that they won't provide to you. No phone to contact them. After you book, then you find out that they gouge on state park pass, vehicle pass, taxes, 2 fees, etc. In addition out of staters are charged more for everything. Don't bother unless you are a regular local.
