Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.
This property belonged to my grandparents. My grandpa and grandma ran cattle and sheep on the land and put up hay. They raised my dad and his two brothers on the place. My dad and mom built a house just West of the property, where I grew up, walking over the hill to visit Grandpa and Grandma. They sold the ranch when I was 10 years old. The place was sold 3 times before I was able to buy it back in 2021. The purchase included an RV campsite. My wife Lindsey and I thought, what a great way to meet people and share a little piece of our amazing Wyoming. There is nothing better in the world than waking up early in Rural Wyoming!

Open views of hay meadows, cattle, sheep and sagebrush. The area around the campsite is an open field with easy interstate access. There are neighbors within view and our home is approximately 1/4 mile away from the two RV camping spots. We have kids, horses, sheep, dogs, cats and rabbits. There are also antelope and deer. We do offer electrical, septic and water hookups at both locations. Both sites are immediately adjacent to one another. Just a short drive from Douglas, Wyoming and Natural Bridge State Park.

This campsite offers a peaceful and quiet getaway with beautiful views and easy access from the highway. Many reviews highlight the well-maintained and level sites, complete with full hookups. Guests appreciate the friendly and accommodating hosts, Tanner and Lindsey, who ensure a pleasant experience. While most reviews are positive, some guests noted challenges with maneuvering larger trailers, but overall, the feedback reflects satisfaction with the convenience and serenity of the location.
Sites are basic but good. Water, power & sewer first rate. All grouped together.
Site slopes from road so closer to road is better for motorhome but you need a longer sewer hose.
Water pressure is 50psi, but flow is lower than expected. Water taste is good.
Less traffic noise than expected.
We camped in a 35 foot motorhome.
I loved the open area, I could see for miles. It was quiet except for a couple of squabbling birds, kidding, enjoyed their songs. The hook ups were close together and easily accessed. It was easy to find and easy to get back on the highway. I will definitely let friends know who are traveling that way.
Nice little spot. We had the space all to ourselves which made it even more special. Parking was easy, finding it was a bit of work but not terrible at all. Power and water were excellent and we’re considering staying again on the rerun trip.
Great little spot for an overnight! Level sites, clean, quiet, great view. Tanner and Lindsey were good to check in and make sure everything was OK (it was). Would definitely recommend with 5 stars and stay again if I’m passing through. First time Hipcamper! Thanks!
Great people. And great place. They weren’t open for the spring/summer season yet when I found them on the app. I still asked if I could stay there and they gladly opened up a week early for me. If I’m in Douglas this is where I’m staying.
Sites need to be leveled and longer. A bit of a tight fit getting in with a 32’ trailer but doable. Can’t say enough positives about how accommodating the hosts are.
Peaceful spot to spend a night and wake up to great Wyoming pastoral views. Also a good spot for folks like me who are always looking for a dark sky. Open views all around for sky watching. I even scored a northern lights display to the north. Electric hook up and water appreciated, too.
It was a peaceful spot not far off the highway. We had power and there was water and we loved that our dogs could go off leash. Perfect spot for our overnight from Denver to Yellowstone!
The campsite was easy to find and conveniently located near the highway, which made it perfect for a quick overnight stop.
We were traveling with a rental RV and unfortunately didn’t have the right adapter for the power connection, so we couldn’t hook up to the electricity. This wasn’t a big issue for just one night, but it’s good for other travelers to know they’ll need the proper adapter.
The site itself was quiet and well maintained. A great option if you’re looking for an easy stopover close to the main road.
What an amazing spot. We really enjoyed the quiet rv sites, and the ability to let our dogs off lead while camping their. Tanner and Lindsey were gracious and caring hosts.
Easy place to find when you follow their directions. Very quiet, even with the interstate right next to you. Full hookup. Very restful night from a day of driving.
Great location for passing through! We greatly appreciate staying at your place, we didn't explore the area so we don't have much to say. Glad to have water and elective for the night.
We enjoyed staying at site #1 of the Little Ponderosa very much. Thanks to excellent directions and a kind welcome sent by Tanner and Lindsey the day before arrival, it was very easy to find just a short distance off Hwy 25. The back-in was easy parking for our 30' trailer and truck. Enjoyed walking around the campsite and the beautiful views of the ranch and nearby mountains.
Highly recommend.
