My husband & I enjoy camping & fishing at Moneka Park. Most couples have a “place” like a restaurant or club; Moneka Park is our “place.” Primitive camping is such fun & the spot at which we usually camp is the perfect size for our tent & a fire for cooking with a path down to the water (behind the dam at Waurika Lake). There are restrooms with tall outside water faucet for fresh water to wash dishes or whatever. The scenery is beautiful & the park is not used by many people so that we’re usually alone. Great place to spend a weekend!

Had a great time camping at the lake with the family. Ross and Paula were great! Very informative and a joy to be around. Best camp hosts ever! Glad to have met them left with two new friends. Cant wait to come back!
