Tons of space all to yourself making it feel like wild camping. Even your own swimming spot on the river. Other campers are in their own field away and you cannot hear each other. Alex is so nice and friendly as well. We had the best romantic, anniversary weekend away :)

Great peaceful campsite. We had loads of fun cooking on open fires and our dogs and infant loved it. A really wholesome relaxing weekend with my family. I recommend the four falls trail for any hikers (30 mins drive from site) for some beautiful views. George the horse was a lovely highlight too!

What a beautiful place! A lovely place to stay -with so much space, wildflower meadows and amazing scenery all around. The bell tent's bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Lovely green space, great views, perfect toilets. Well located near Brecon.

3 nights at Red Sky at Night Campsite

Gorgeous campsite with beautiful views, very accommodating for the dog and close to all the mountains we wanted to go up and a short drive to either Abergavenny or Monmouth. Toilets were very good and well kept, with a sheltered sink area next to them.

3 nights at Alder Carr Farm

I loved camping here! It was far away and the sheep were lovely. I would say bring your own firewood 100% though. The landlord was very nice and accommodating. The wife and I had a lovely time playing games in the sun with the sheep.

1 night at Gwersyllfa Glyndŵr Campsite

The facilities were the best we have experienced in all our time camping over the last few years. They were modern and clean and the added extras such as a kettle made a big difference for us. Great views and bicycle friendly. Thank you

1 night at Henbant Permaculture Farm + Camp

Henbant is a wonderful place! So much good stuff being done here by these lovely people. We returned again in our campervan and enjoyed a warm welcome, peace and quiet surrounded by nature, and gorgeous sunset. The farm shop is great, and the compost loos are clean and well kept. We loved hearing about the events and community projects they run. We would highly recommend Henbant for couples or families. Thanks Henbant team!

Lovely remote spot with sea view. 100% worth the drive over the cattle grid and on to the end of the road on the headland. Facilities were clean. Directions were really helpful.

Honestly can’t not explain how much I rate this campsite. The views were incredible, no one else there so you can have your music as loud as you want. Can chill and not have any worries about anything. Just an amazing spot, the river was amazing and it was nice to go in. The host was brilliant and gave us our space but reminded us that if we needed anything then to not hesitate to ask. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved camping on Roxanne’s land! The host was extremely friendly, the facilities were fantastic and the views were incredible. We camped in a group of 8 adults and it was a more than reasonable price to pitch up 4 tents. Would definitely go back and would absolutely recommend!

It is really beautiful camping site waking up to birdsong every morning. It is an inspiring place and I would recommend the storytelling in the round house also as it’s magical. The cafe is brilliant too and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly .

Absolutely beautiful location - the stone houses were beautiful along with the beautiful meadows for camping. We went to celebrate a 30th birthday so we were able to choose between either. The cafe was (wait for it) … BEAUTIFUL with the most delicious baked goods that were vegan and veggie friendly along with (so chuffed) gluten free options.. TRY THE GF BREAD! Everyone at the centre were so welcoming and accommodating - always going the extra mile. This is a special location to visit. You don't get treasures like this anywhere ❤️

Weekend Trip to Felin Uchaf Meadow Camping

Quiet, natural site - the morning chorus is delightful! Lovely people running Felin Uchaf and the cafe is superb - a joy to spend time there. We came for a story telling event in the big roundhouse; what an amazing and communal experience. Love it all!
