Our stay at Quentin’s tree house was beyond beautiful. The rainstorm on our first bight turned out to be a blessing, falling asleep to the rainfall on the corrugated roof. The setup leaves nothing to be desired, between the grill, paddle boards, and exquisite view through the tree house walls. We would love to return!
A beautiful, serene, idyllic experience! Highly recommend the Treehouse on a small lake in the Berkshires. The proprietor Quentin has really paid attention to details with this little treehouse. There is a mirror, hooks and, while there is no running water, he left a gallon+ water dispenser. It is 100% comfy. And that bed is sooooo comfortable. Who knew it could feel so wonderful to able to rock to sleep. I was here in the deep summer heat, so was able to take advantage of morning and evenings swims, sunset paddles on the lake, afternoon reading in the hammock. Perfect!
This place was wonderful! Super easy to get to, and directly on the lake. The treehouse held us nicely and you wake up to the lake. Quentin is very nice, we couldn’t get our fire started and he helped, then we tried and failed at fishing, and he offered to help as well! The compost toilet is a nice addition from regular camping. It’s not private but it IS filled with a bunch of activities to fill your time. We took advantage of the paddle boards and went in the lake as much as possible.
A memorable adventure!

We had a great time in Quentin’s treehouse! Access to a dock on the lake and SUPs (stand up paddle-boards) was amazing. The views were scenic and the lake was clean. It gets buggy at night for sure (we stayed here in July) but we didn’t have too much trouble since we came prepared for camping. Good to note: We were required to bring our own firewood and drinking water.

A fine lake and a great host! Swimming and paddle boarding were excellent, lake was clean, beautiful and refreshing. Quentin was kind and helpful! Highly recommend!
Quentin is a generous host and an enjoyable person to chat with. The location is immediately relaxing and the drive there is peaceful. He is thoughtful in many ways including amenities to make camping easier, a text message with clear directions when nearby, and a balance of space and warmth.
We got a good nights sleep and enjoyed are time in and on the water. Everything was easy and relaxing as hoped. Some great wildlife sightings too. Thanks again!

Our stay at Quintens was perfect! The little tree house has a beautiful view of the lake and the wisteria covering it adds such a touch of serenity! Plus, having the paddle boards to be able to use is such a bonus! Quinten was so kind and welcoming as well. We instantly wished we could have stayed another night.

Heaven on earth.
Had a nice stay at Quentin's treehouse- it is right by the water and you have a 360 view as the treehouses walls are screens but there are canvas flaps you can roll down for privacy. Lay in bed, feel the breeze, watch boats go by- it is very peaceful!
There is a floating dock separate from the dock at Quentin's cabin, and there are also two paddle boards for you to use. You can also go swimming off of the dock. The water is super clean and in the first weekend of July, it was the perfect temperature and very refreshing! I went swimming and paddle boarding early in the morning while the lake was at its calmest.
There is a fireput but the firewood order had not come in yet. I found some logs but was not able to create a full fire, but the firepit is a Weber Grill dug into the ground so you can also use charcoal if you have it.
I had a quick one night stay but it was a very neat place and very peaceful! Quentin also offered a cappuccino in the morning which was delicious.
Note: The stairs to the treehouse are a little steep so you need to have good mobility to access it.
