12 Acres with good pasture. Dry Camping, no services. Plenty of room for horses. Has a coral, and live water in a seasonal stream. Property boarders South Bench Road, 5 minutes from Pinedale. Wind River Mountains, Gros Venture Mountains and the Wyoming Range are all close for recreational activities. Lots of good places to trail ride. Close to all the area lakes and hiking trails. 45 minutes to the Sublette Co Fairgrounds in Marbleton. 5 Minutes to the Pinedale rodeo grounds. Access is the first drive on the south side of South Bench Road after turning off highway 191. Conveniently located.Property is 5 minutes south of the town of Pinedale Wy. Pasture and sagebrush, area to park outside of the horse pasture. Coral and seasonal water on property. Close to Wind River Mountains, Gros Venture Mountains and the Wyoming Range. Close to area lakes and hiking trails. Sublette County Fairgrounds approximately 45 minutes and Pinedale rodeo grounds 5 minutes. Horses welcome for those traveling with them.
