Virginia was warm and welcoming, personable and helpful. Her place is a 10+. Warm Comfy bed, well insulated cabin and dark night sky! Wow! They built the cabin out of recycled wood from a 100 year old cabin! Excellent craftsmanship. On site sauna just steps away from the cabin door. All necessary items found that one needs for cooking and food prep. Would love to come back!

Virginia is a wonderful host. I wish I had booked more time here. We had a little trouble with directions, but we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and so cozy. The reviews about the bed are spot on! Bathing outdoors can be a little cool, but the hot water works great!

This was an amazing place to stay. Virginia was a wonderful host taking time to show us around. I loved the cowboy tub which came with the beautiful view of the hills. It was a perfect place to relax and recharge. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is one of the best cabins I have ever stayed at! The location is a dream, the cabin and amenities are perfect and Virginia is so welcoming and helpful! We will certainly be back.

We loved staying here and didn't want to leave! The cabin is super cozy and cute. It's the perfect place to stay after a day out exploring the park! The outdoor shower and sauna are awesome! We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay. Charming hosts and furry friends. Well appointed rustic cabin in a beautiful valley close to Jackson and Parks. Fantastic sauna and so much more.

Charming little cabin in a perfect spot to enjoy great hikes, nature, and away from the rush and traffic of Jackson and other Grand Teton visitors. Tranquil. The host are also very nice and friendly people. Would stay again.

I love this cabin!! It's only 45 minutes to Grand Tetons, you get to avoid the extreme crowds and traffic of Jackson; and the drive through Hoback canyon is a beautiful cherry on top!! If you want to unwind after a long day of hikes with a glass of wine while watching horses, chickens, and farm dogs live their best life; this cabin is for you!!!

We had a very relaxing stay at Virginia’s cabin. Truly enjoyed the experience of being away from the city for a few days. The cozy cabin, the pastoral views, the outdoor shower and the quiet atmosphere all added to an unforgettable vacation.

Incredible! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Everything was perfect and extremely comfortable. Virginia and Walt’s place is a must if you are in the area. It’s about 40 -50 mins from Jackson but staying here was way better than hanging out in Jackson anyway. We were eager to get back to the cabin each night after our Grand Teton adventures just so we could spend as much time as we could there.
Virginia and Walt were super welcoming and great people. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to be back in the near future. I’d give this place a 1,000/10 score overall.

This place was absolutely magical. The hosts thought of every little detail and you can tell they poured their heart into this little slice of Heaven. The outdoor shower and soaking tub were amazing and all of the animals were so friendly. We stayed here with our children and they had an absolute blast. So much room to run around and so many things to look at. We have already recommended this spot to several friends and we will surely be back.

Virginia’s cabin was an outstanding stay! She was the most welcoming host and I’ve never stayed somewhere so beautiful!
Her little farm is definitely a hidden gem and I would 100% recommend it to anyone reading!
She was super helpful on giving us tips on where to check out and what to do!

Virginia's property is absolutely incredible! The rustic aesthetics, amenities, and layout fit perfectly with the comfortable experience one always hopes for when going on vacation. I spent three nights here in absolute peace, surrounded by the gorgeous Bridger-Teton National Forest landscape, as well as the majestic horses, adorable chickens, and friendly cats and dogs that call this property their home. Be aware of the amenities and the distances to where you want to travel each day. In general, if you're comfortable with camping: the cozy cabin, outdoor shower, sauna, and outdoor kitchen will feel like luxury. If you aren't, the facilities are extremely well-built, clean, and private. You'll be perfectly fine! As for distances, I commuted to Grand Teton National Park while I stayed here. Although it's a bit over an hour, the drive is visually stunning, especially as the sun rises. 100% recommend.

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of nights. I wish we could've stayed longer. Its a beautiful cabin in the most peaceful surroundings. We loved the animals that said hello, from the chickens, horses, dogs and cats. The hosts were gracious and everything was perfect. A very comfortable stay in WY.

Just an incredible experience that we'll keep in our memories.
Beautiful views out the window and porch, farm animals playing outside, quiet and peaceful environment, thoughtful special touches like tea, soap/ towels, and a grill to do all our cooking, fire pit set up to admire the stars, and personal hot tub to relax in.
Couldn't recommend the experience and hospitality more.

Pastoral with incredible views, Virginia was a perfect host and even met us at the main road at night to make it easy to find the property. Love the outdoor shower! Room beyond comfortable and better than anything I’ve seen for a perfect cabin experience.

Literally the most perfect lil cabin! ✨ This was my first Hipcamp experience and it’s safe to say that it’ll be hard one to top.
Everything in this place is just right! The outdoor shower, ridiculously comfy bed (best sleep I’ve had in a while), cute animals running around, but my favorite was the front porch. Yes, I loved being a short drive from Jackson and the Tetons but is it weird that my favorite thing was looking forward to a beer or a nice cocktail out on the porch at the end of the day?
Both Walt and Virginia are just magnificent hosts and I always felt like I could reach out if I needed anything. I spent the whole week coming in and out so next time I’m hoping to spend more time here and take advantage of the sauna! I will most definitely be back!! Already missing it 💕

Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed at. Host met us when we arrived and gave us a walk through. Outdoor shower is so cool. Sauna is a bonus! Horses and chickens roam the property. The cabin is so charming we wished we didn’t have to leave. We are already planning to come back again next year.

This is probably the best Hipcamp I've ever stayed in. Virginia is an amazing host with endless thoughtful touches everywhere in the cabin. The bed was SO comfortable, the cabin was immaculately clean, the sauna was soooo refreshing, and the outdoor shower with the cute lights was so magical! If anyone is in the Yellowstone/ Grand Teton area, I would 1000% recommend this place to them. Can't wait to return!

This location was absolutely magical. Every detail was perfectly thought out. It was easily our favorite spot we stayed on our road trip. Virginia and Walt were so accommodating, they even went out of their way to acquire a cribbage board for us when they didn’t need to. They were awesome hosts with a beautiful property. We were taking notes on how we could recreate a place as beautiful as theirs some day.

This is a MUST. It is absolutely perfect. The views are awesome. The sunsets were incredible. We fell in love. Out of the hustle and bustle of Jackson, this property is just fantastic. Mini frig, water kettle, french press. wood burning stove, towels, dishes, silverware, etc. everything you need! The horses were so peaceful to watch. Just a wonderful place. Virginia and Walt are so nice too!

We had an amazing time at Virginia and Walt's ranch while visiting Grand Teton National Park on a long road trip. The cabin is located about a 45-60 minute drive from the park, but it's so worth it. Do yourself a favor - don't stay in the hustle and bustle of Jackson Hole. Stay here. The ranch and surroundings are so tranquil, and you cannot help but feel at peace sitting on the porch sipping your morning coffee while watching the horses and chickens roam around. The cabin is perfectly comfortable, and Virginia's small touches (fresh eggs from the coop, french press, incredibly-smelling hand sanitizer, and too many others to name) make you feel right at home. The mattress was so amazing that we asked Virginia to send us a picture of the tag. We looked forward every evening to taking our outdoor showers (comfortable and private!). Virginia is very available to any concerns and was so warm and welcoming, providing local tips and recommendations. Overall, our two nights with Virginia and Walt was one of the best stays we have *ever* had, and we can't wait to go back.

We had the most wonderful stay and ended up extending our trip in order to spend more time here. Virginia and Walt were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts and the cabin was beautiful and so cozy and comfortable. This place is a gem and I truly hope that we have an opportunity to return!

Virginia's cabin is honestly one of the most magical places I've ever stayed! I was just looking for a place to stay during a long road trip, and ended up melting into one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, with stunning mountain views, an adorable outdoor shower, and horses roaming just outside my bedroom window. Every detail was so thoughtful. 11/10 recommend!
